Hasbro, Disney or the big box retailers "I don't know which one has the most pull" for one reason or another, have a huge issue with creating figures that ABSOLUTELY will sell...and I'm talking about characters from the legends or expanded universe continuity.

Rogue literally never demonstrates she is in the same league as the top tier. Albeit, that's not what this list is, it's still implying that. Sure, she does have super human strength. But it only seems like the most we get of that is someone stating...she is strong, while she forgoes using that power to just siphon off someone's life force....I just disagree entirely if we are going off of actual feats, she is nowhere near a top dog. In fact I can't think of a single comic where she demonstrates she is past juggernaut.
