There are over 50 paraglider fabrics in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for Link to unlock and use. Though many of them are easily unlocked through tasks that Link will complete through normal gameplay, several will require hours or even days to unlock.
To equip or view the optional paraglider fabrics, Link will need to go to Hateno Village in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and speak with Sayge. He will offer to either dye Link's clothing or change his paraglider fabric for a small fee. This is where Link can view a sample of all the available options and change his fabric at a whim. Sayge will even have a couple of options that are unlocked by completing a task for him.
How To Get Every Paraglider Fabric In Zelda: TOTK
There are 53 paraglider fabrics for Link to choose from when speaking with Sayge. Since one of these options is the default fabric given to Link with his Paraglider, there are technically only 52 actually to unlock moving forward. Players should also be aware that several paraglider fabrics are unlocked through Amiibos in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and will not be attainable through any other method in the game. Unfortunately, this makes up about half of the paraglider fabrics, but there are still plenty of other great options to track down, even without Amiibos.

Available only after completing the Yunobo of the Goron main story quest. At the cave near Gortram Cliff, there will be three Goron who give Link some Mine-Cart Land quests he must complete. |

Zora |
Link must complete the side quest, The Blue Stone, by talking to Ledo, who can be found east of the reservoir lake. But only after completing the main story quest, Sidon of the Zora. |

Gerudo |
After completing the main story quest, Riju of the Gerudo beat the record, 2:30, in the desert race near the Southern Oasis Training Area. |

Sheikah |
After completing the Zelda: TOTK Gloom-Borne Illness quest, Link can purchase armor in Kakariko Village at a normal price. With his first purchase, he will also be gifted the paraglider fabric. |

Zonai |
Head to the top of the Temple of Time back, where Link begins his journey on the Great Sky Island. A construct there will give Link the Great Sky Island quest, which, once complete, will reward the Zonai paraglider fabric. |

Korok |
After saving the Deku Tree in the Korok Forest, Link can ascend while inside the Deku Tree to discover a hidden room where a Korok named Oaki will need help decorating his secret room. Help him, and Link will receive the paraglider fabric. Ascend again to discover another hidden Korok quest, Walton's Treasure Hunt in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. |

Hudson Construction |
Unfortunately, for this one, Link will need to help Hudson and Rhondson with their daughter, Mattison. Once all associated quests have been completed, Rhondson will begin offering houses again. Link will need to purchase one for 1,500 Rupees and then put it together and speak with Rhondson again to receive the fabric. |

Lucky Clover Gazette |
Complete two of the Lucky Clover Gazette Princess Sighting side quests with Penn at the stables around Hyrule. There are plenty available, but any two can be completed for this Paraglider. |

Lurelin Village |
Link will need to help rebuild the Lurelin Village and then track down Ralera for the Rattled Ralera side quest. Once complete, Link will receive the paraglider fabric. |

Horse God |
After Link catches a horse and s it at the stable, he will be given this fabric. |

Link will need to complete all six Bring Peace To... side quests. They can be found at:
