Just South of the Popla Foothills in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, players encounter the Jiukoum Shrine. With the preface of Built for Rails being self-explanatory, the answers to this Shrine are easy to find. Players will need to think creatively using the Ultrahand skill to craft their way across different platforms using the items in front of them.
To start thinking about how to solve the Jiukoum Shrine, look back to Zelda: TOTK's Great Sky Island. While canvasing the floating island, the player comes across their first rail to test their new abilities. Players surf across the rail by using Ultrahand to connect a metal hook to a wooden board, which hints at how to solve this Shrine. Alternatively, if a player has learned how to shield surf, they can also figure out where to use it best in this puzzle.
The coordinates of the Shrine on the map are 0867, -2278, and 0141; they are another great place to help teleport the player to that area.
How To Solve The Jiukoum Shrine In Zelda: TOTK
Players will notice two metal boards near parallel rails in front of them during the first stage of the Jiukoum Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Use the Ultrahand skill to attach them directly to the edge of the two squares to create a rectangle. Next, lift the newly created object and place them horizontally on the rails. Make sure to jump on them quickly, as the metal boards will soon begin to slide down the rails to the next location.
Players who know how to Shield Surf in Zelda: TOTK can speed through this part of the Shrine.
Second Part & Chest Location
The second part of the Jiukoum Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is similar to the first part but longer. Before moving on to the next area, however, consider reaching the chest with Sticky Elixir inside to the left of the rails. Create a bridge using all the metal boards in front of the player, or use Recall, one of Link's new abilities in Zelda: TOTK. Moving on to the next location, if the player decides to try to ride the rails with just the rectangle board, the curve of the rails will make the board fall. Players will need at least three pieces of the metal board to get across the rails this time. By making a T shape with the boards, players can now slide down easily by placing the bottom piece in the middle of the rails. Alternatively, players can make a blocky, upside-down "U" shape to stabilize the ride to the next part.
The Final Part Of The Jiukoum Shrine
The last stage of the Jiukoum Shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is very similar to the second stage. With the metal boards given to the player, create a three-pronged rectangular structure that looks like a lowercase "m." Place three fans on the back of the structure along the top of the boards. Next, place the structure with the prongs inside the two ridable rails. Hit the fans and watch Link travel up the rails to the end of the Shrine.
