In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, there are over 50 different Paraglider fabrics for Link to unlock and use, and with so many to choose from, it can be hard to narrow down which ones are the best. However, while some of these paraglider fabrics are just whacky or uninteresting, there are several that have beautiful and intricate designs, fun quests to unlock them, or are simply nostalgic for longtime players of the Zelda franchise, and for those reasons, they are the best of the options.

[Warning: The following article contains spoilers for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.]

The paraglider fabrics range in designs from references to old Zelda games, random creatures found throughout Tears of the Kingdom, and classic Zelda designs. While the design has no effect on the way the paraglider operates, which is sort of a missed opportunity, Link will be using it pretty frequently throughout his adventure, so an appealing design can be important, as players will be staring at this fabric often while exploring Hyrule.

15 Cucco Fabric

This fabric is pretty silly but surprisingly detailed. The Cucco paraglider fabric features a close-up of the Cucco, and while these may not be super important creatures in any part of Zelda, they are very present throughout most of the games. Additionally, as many have discovered, messing with the Cucco will cause a swarm of them to come flying in for an attack which is both startling and amusing. For those looking to be reminded of these classic Zelda Cucco attacks, the Cucco fabric is a great choice and obtaining it only requires snapping a picture of one.

14 Goddess Fabric

The Goddess Fabric is one that goes back to Skyward Sword. It depicts the hand-sewn Sailcloth that Zelda makes for the winner of the wing ceremony. Though this is a nostalgic item in itself for that reason alone, Zelda's story in Tears of the Kingdom may have some players wanting to feel close to the Princess again. This paraglider fabric is a great way to do so.

13 Grizzlemaw-Bear Fabric

The Grizzlemaw Bear is one of the numerous creatures that Link can encounter in the wild. It is also one of the ones that Link will need to snap a picture of in order to obtain the associated paraglider fabric in TOTK. Though there's nothing too spectacular about this fabric, it is pretty cute, featuring several bear faces over a vibrant yellow color. Also, tracking down the Grizzlemaw Bear and getting its picture can be a fun little adventure as they are not super common and may take some work to find.

12 Rito-Champion Fabric

The Rito-Champion Fabric is one of the four champion-themed paraglider fabrics that Link can obtain. They are each reminiscent of the four champions from Breath of the WildTears of the Kingdom Easter egg as well.

11 Gleeok Fabric

Gleeok Paraglider Fabric in Zelda_ Tears of the Kingdom

Link faces many threats, but the Gleeoks in Tears of the Kingdom are some of the fiercest, especially the King Gleeok. Gleeoks are dragon-like beasts with three elemental heads consisting of fire, lightning, or ice, depending on which one he encounters. The King Gleeok, however, has a head for each element, rather than all three being the same. Gleeoks are one of the other creatures that Link needs a picture of in order to obtain a paraglider fabric and while the threat on this one is high, it's worth it as the paraglider fabric features a powerful depiction of the deadly beast.

10 Royal Hyrulean Fabric

Royal Hyrulean Paraglider Fabric in Zelda_ Tears of the Kingdom

The Royal Hyrulean Fabric is one of the more generalized Zelda designs featured on paraglider fabrics. While there are a couple that feature a similar pattern, this is by far the most refined, as the others resemble more patchwork and homemade styles while the Royal Hyrulean Fabric fits the name and showcases more of a fancy and expensive-looking design. It's not the most creative of all the choices of paraglider fabric, but when it comes to being representative of the Zelda franchise, this is the best one there is.

9 Lurelin Village Fabric

The Lurelin Village Fabric is one that is received following Link's assistance in rebuilding the village. The quest for this fabric is actually pretty enjoyable, as Link gets to partake in helping a pretty neat little village. Additionally, the paraglider fabric itself is nice to look at with its vibrant yellow that features markings reminiscent of the village. While the fabric may not hold some of the immediate sentimental value that others do in Tears of the Kingdom, it is still fun to obtain and worth using for a while.

8 Goron Fabric

The Goron Fabric is great for those who have favored their time in the Eldin region, or more specifically, when completing the Fire Temple. Though the Goron-Champion Fabric, representative of the Breath of the Wild champion, Daruk, features a similar design, this one is a bit more lively and detailed making it the better option of the two. The red contrast of the design is also nice when flying around over the various sky islands in Tears of the Kingdom.

7 Gerudo-Champion Fabric

The Gerudo-Champion Fabric doesn't have any significant symbols or anything like that, but it does have more significant coloring than the other Gerudo options for fabrics. Plus it is reminiscent of the Gerudo Champion in Breath of the Wild, Urbosa, with its vibrant colors. This paraglider fabric can only be obtained by scanning the Urbosa Amiibo, unfortunately, and the Amiibo can only be scanned once a day and has a random drop, so players may have to work to get it.

6 Addison's Fabric

Players have likely come across Addison while making their way through Hyrule as he struggles to hold up President Hudson's signs. While this can be an annoying encounter after dealing with several of these ridiculous constructions made by Addison, the paraglider fabric he offers is well worth it. Surprisingly, it is one of the most vibrant, colorful, and interesting designs among all the paragliders.
