For decades, Zatanna might give her a run for her money thanks to a surprising power-up. Zatanna's proficiency with magic is acscending to impressive new heights in her new series, and she's ready to dethrone DC's iconic Amazon by cementing herself as the most formidable woman around.

The Lady White brings Zatanna's crew to the Astral Plane and traps one of them within a Wild West-inspired painting, where a cowboy holds him captive. To free him, she casts a spell that creates a magical lasso, which she uses to toss the Lady White's hand aside.
Zatanna's new lasso bears a striking resemblance to Flash agrees that she's a force to be reckoned with, so Wonder Woman had better watch out.
Zatanna's Magical Abilities Are Putting Wonder Woman To Shame
Sorry, Wonder Woman: Zatanna Is On A Whole Other Level
Zatanna has performed binding spells before, but here, she creates her own lasso that can bind the Lady White’s hand and move it out of her way. Creating magical constructs elevates Zatanna not only to Wonder Woman's level, as she can generate a lasso that's just as magical as hers, but also to the level of a Green Lantern who similarly forms constructs with a Power Ring. This feat demonstrates just how overpowered Zatanna is, since there doesn't seem to be any limit to what spells she can pull off. Moreover, this lasso is far from the only power-up Zatanna has at her disposal.

Ordinarily, Zatanna would become powerless without her voice, since DC Universe's ladies to stand beside Wonder Woman at the top.
Wonder Woman and Zatanna Are Two of DC's Strongest Heroes
Together, These Justice League Icons Make An Unstoppable Duo
Of course, at the end of the day, there's no reason to pit these two Wonder Woman possesses raw Amazonian strength in addition to her lasso, while Zatanna's magic allows her to perform astounding feats that no one else can. Together, they make a duo that most enemies would be helpless against, and the Justice League is better off with them in it.
