Wolf Pack season 2 could open up more possibilities for Baron's arc after that twisty cliffhanger. After eight episodes that played up the show's mysterious elements, Wolf Pack season 1 ended with the reveal that arson investigator Kristin Ramsay (Sarah Michelle Gellar) was actually the mother of Harlan (Tyler Lawrence Gray), Luna (Chloe Rose Robertson), and Baron (Liefeld). Although the first two are main characters, Baron only came into focus during the build-up to the finale.

In an interview with Wolf Pack season 2 and what might be in store for Baron if the Paramount+ series makes a return. The actor teases that there "there is definitely a path" his character could follow, as far as potentially integrating into society and coming to with his complicated history. Liefeld also says that Baron will face obstacles along the way. Read his full response below:

“There is definitely a path that he could follow. There’s definitely a lot of things that have already happened that can play out that we can see on screen. Integrating into society, coming to with what he’s done, all these things. He’s definitely got a lot of things he’ll be fighting [in a possible] next season. Maybe physically, maybe mentally. There’s going to be no shortage of obstacles in his way if season two does come along. We’ll see what happens.”

What To Expect From Baron In Wolf Pack Season 2

Chase Liefeld sitting in Wolf Pack season 1

Wolf Pack season 1 ended in a place of massive uncertainty for Baron and his apparent family. Kristin remains a wildcard, and it's unclear whether she can be classified fully as an antagonist. She wants to start her own pack, turning humans into supernatural creatures, although the series has not firmly established if that can be viewed as a negative. If the series comes back for more episodes, it could explore more about the Kristin/Baron dynamic that remains fueled by unanswered questions. Season 2 could also see more of Baron's relationship dynamics with Harlan and Luna.

There is also the subject of Harlan's powers. Wolf Pack's season 1 twist ending includes the reveal that Baron can project himself onto the memories of others, reliving them somehow, but this is not elaborated on. It's one of the show's more unique gifts so far, whereas other characters have enjoyed more standard traits such as superstrength and superseded. Baron's powers, meanwhile, nicely feed into the established trend of visual digressions and stylistic montages in the series.

But if Wolf Pack season 2 does happen, the biggest questions may look into Baron's strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. In the show's first eight episodes, the character was more of a problem for others to solve or react to. But as Liefield indicates, if the series is renewed, there's a chance he could come into his own.
