The four teens of the Paramount Plus series Wolf Pack stand together in the woods

Screen Rant: I always love horror and supernatural, so Wolf Pack is right in my wheelhouse. Were you guys fans of Jeff Davis and his work before coming into this?

Chloe Rose Robertson: Absolutely, definitely. His writing has always stood the test of time. In our opinion, the minute we found out that his name was even attached to this project, not only did I want to do it because I related so much to Luna, the story itself, but because Jeff's name was attached. I was like, 'This is gonna be great writing.'

Tyler Lawrence Gray: Yeah, he's brilliant. He's ahead of the present time, just the way he writes. He's proven time and time again that he really can't miss it because he puts his heart and soul into it. I think from his personal experiences; he's ionate about it. I think when you devote your life to something like that, and you have a gift like that, you're not going to meet with anything except success.

I know at some point later in the season, we will get more into the action-packed stuff. How much fun did you guys have with that process with all the effects, make-up, and so on?

Chloe Rose Robertson: Our effects teams are so awesome. The teeth that were created were so much fun to put in and just mess around on set. Then we had to get, of course, very serious, very animalistic.

Tyler Lawrence Gray: I was going to say, I the first time walking into the special effects trailer because they said they had a surprise for me. I walked in there and Chloe was chopping her teeth. I was like, 'Where am I?' We literally were talking to each other with them for an hour. We were like little kids again but I think that's the joy in it. It's just so much fun to do and it's cool.

We get a sense of the entire family dynamic between you two and your father. Where does that go for the rest of the season? It seems there's some intensity, and everyone's a little guarded.

Tyler Lawrence Gray: Yeah, I think I think you're going to see a dynamic that a lot of people deal with in their everyday lives with their parents. [It is] this constant uphill battle of pushing and pulling of disagreements of learning and challenging your parents, even though they're looking out for your best interests. They're wise and we're kids, we think we know it all. Sometimes you got to sit back and let that wisdom spread.

Chloe Rose Robertson: Also, kids have a lot to teach their parents, I think that's a really important thing that not a lot of people talk about is we can all teach each other things. I think Rodrigo in real life has said that, because he has a daughter, he's talking to us about our relationship and then his character also says that.
