A hidden message has been found in plenty more secrets hidden away.
This glitch was shown in a video by YouTuber xLetalis, after one of their followers - who is only referred to as "Matt" - uncovered artwork in the style of a classic wartime recruitment poster that references CD Projekt Red directly.
The image shows a soldier of Temeria, who is identifiable by the coat of arms across his chest: three silver lilies on a black field, as they point directly ahead at the reader, with a banner saying "CDPR NEEDS YOU" underneath.

This Artwork Was Found A Year Ago In The Witcher 3's Game Files
But Nobody Seemed To Know How To Find It In-Game
The artwork was uncovered a year ago by Redditor xSteini01, although it was mirrored at the time, with the text reading backwards. xSteini01 found the image in the game files, but asked the r/witcher Subreddit if anyone had actually found it in-game, but no one seemed to know where it was, with a now-deleted Reddit suggesting that it might be in a "super obscure area nobody finds".

The Witcher 3: 10 Things To Do In The Game Most Players Never Discover
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a massive open-world game, and such scope means that certain things able to be found go undiscovered for some players.
How To Find The CDPR Hidden Message
Players Must Glitch Under Novigrad
The sign is found on the road just below the landmark for St. Gregory's Bridge, not far from Dijkstra's bathhouse and can be accessed by glitching through the map, forcing The Witcher 3's protagonist, Geralt of Rivia, under the cobbles of Novigrad, where players can enter a crevice with the image on the wall. To glitch through, players must sprint directly toward Dijkstra and aim at the far corner of his room in the bathhouse, Geralt should go through the corner while interacting with Dijkstra during the transition between the gameplay and the cutscene.
Alternatively, xLetalis states that standing by the location of the artwork on the map and using the "phase" console command also let them into this area.
Considering how well-hidden this sign was, and how fourth-wall-breaking it is, it was clearly never intended to be seen by players and was likely a fun Easter egg for its developers. CD Projekt Red may have moved on from the 2015 game, and is currently working on several new titles within the Witcher series, but it's nice to know that there are likely still some surprises to be uncovered in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt all these years after launch.
