Death Star plans. Viewers have so far seen Cassian interact with several new characters in the Star Wars universe, such as Luthen (Stellan Skarsgård), Bix (Adria Arjona), and Vel (Faye Marsay). Andor has also made sure to include a few more familiar characters who connect to Cassian's future, even if they are not yet associates.

The Rogue One prequel show features much more of Mon Mothma (Genevieve O'Reilly), giving viewers a chance to better understand her political navigation to help the Rebellion. Andor episode 8 finally included the return of Saw Gerrera (Forest Whitaker) as he and Luthen discussed a potential collaboration for future missions. The series even had a surprise cameo for Rogue One's Melshi as a prisoner with Cassian, while even other of Saw Gerrera's Partisans, like Benthic, seemingly returned. Still, there are a lot of other characters from the movie that have not appeared. Here is where every other Rogue One character is during Andor season 1.

Where Jyn Erso Is During Andor Season 1

Jyn Erso in Rogue One A Star Wars Story

Where Rogue One's main character Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones) is during Andor season 1 has seemingly been revealed through Star Wars comics. Even though Jyn spent much of her adolescent years with Saw Gerrera, his Andor return proves that she is no longer with the Partisans. According to the official Star Wars canon, this is because Saw abandons Jyn when she is 16. During a mission on Tamsye Prime, Saw ordered a young Jyn to stay hidden until the following day after one of their team began to suspect her true identity. Saw Gerrera does not return to find Jyn, leaving her to escape Tamsye Prime on her own and start a new life.

Jyn Erso's life during Andor season 1 parallels the struggles that Cassian and others face in the show. Just as the series has focused on the Empire spreading its reach and becoming more forceful on various planets, Jyn began to settle down on the Outer Rim planet Skuhl and fall in love. While Andor is focusing on the Empire coming to Ferrix and endangering the lives of those connected to Cassian, Jyn's life on Skuhl includes putting the people she cares about in danger as the Empire searches for her.

Where K-2SO Is During Andor Season 1

K-2SO In Rogue One A Star Wars Story

Andor season 1 has featured KX-series security droids, but Rogue One's heroic droid K-2SO has yet to appear. It is not explicitly confirmed where K-2SO is during Andor's events through other pieces of the canon. However, it is quite easy to know that the droid still serves the Empire during this portion of the show's events. Cassian and K-2SO do not meet in Star Wars canon until sometime after 2 BBY, which is three years after Andor season 1 takes place. This confirms that Cassian and other Rebels have not yet encountered K-2SO and erased his memory and Imperial programming. All that is known about where this Rogue One character is during Andor is that K-2SO is stationed on the planet Wecacoe before he meets Cassian.

Where Chirrut Îmwe & Baze Malbus Are During Andor Season 1

Star Wars Rogue One's Baze and Chirrut during the Battle of Scarif

Chirrut Îmwe (Donnie Yen) and Baze Malbus (Jiang Wen) are also missing from Andor season 1. These Rogue One characters' pasts are very much tied together, as they both were born and raised on Jedha and became Guardians of the Whills. It would seem that they are still on Jedha during Andor season 1, but their duties with the Guardians of the Whills are unconfirmed at this time. Once the Empire arrived at Jedha, the Temple of the Kyber was sealed, leaving Baze and Chirrut without a purpose. What is known is that neither Chirrut nor Baze had officially become officiated with Saw Gerrera and the Partisans by this point.

Where Bodhi Rook Is During Andor Season 1

Bodhi Rook (Riz Ahmed) eventually s the Rebellion as a pilot, but there are hints about where this Rogue One character is during Andor season 1. Bodhi's official backstory includes information on how long it took him to become a cargo pilot for the Empire. He began his journey to become a pilot two years before Andor takes place in the Star Wars timeline by ing the Terrabe Sector Service Academy. He pursued training to become an Imperial starfighter pilot for two years but did not qualify for the program due to low test scores. This means that Bodhi is kicked out of the starfighter program at roughly the same time Andor season 1 is set.

Where Orson Krennic Is During Andor Season 1

Orson Krennic's (Ben Mendelsohn) rise to power within the Empire has been explored throughout Star Wars canon materials. Still, not much information is available about what he is doing during Andor season 1. Based on the context of his overall life, it can be determined that Krennic is in the final years of developing the Death Star under Grand Moff Tarkin. Andor season 1's missing Rogue One character is obsessed with building the super weapon to impress the Emperor years later, so it stands to reason that the completion of the project is still very much his focus. So while Dedra Meero (Denise Gough) focuses on the Rebellion's rise, Krennic's attention is on the Death Star.

Where Galen Erso Is During Andor Season 1

Galen Erso greets Krennic upon his arrival on his families farm in Rogue One

Similarly to Orson Krennic, what Galen Erso (Mads Mikkelsen) is doing during Andor season 1 is left to context clues. Rogue One reveals that he spends time between 13 BBY and 0 BBY working for Krennic to help create the Death Star. It was during this time that Galen secretly concentrated his efforts on creating a flaw in the Death Star's design. The reactor module weakness was hidden in the Death Star's structural design, hidden under the name Stardust. It seems likely that Mads Mikkelsen's Rogue One character is still on Eadu during Andor season 1.
