Paramount+'s crime drama series, MobLand's cast is led by veteran actors Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, and Tom Hardy, who are each at the top of their game in portraying their often ruthless characters, bringing audiences into their gripping, bloody world.

As the series has progressed, MobLand episode 9's ending saw Conrad and Maeve get arrested, setting up more big moments and likely some surprises in episode 10.

MobLand season 1's finale is titled "The Beast in Me" and is be directed by Anthony Byrne. Byrne previously directed episodes 3, 4, and 9. No runtime has yet been announced for the episode, but the series' previous installments run between 40 minutes and one hour. This means that MobLand could have a lot of ground to cover in a fairly short amount of time. If this ends up being the case, viewers can expect the season finale to be full of dramatic and likely violent moments.

What To Expect From MobLand Season 1, Episode 10

The Series Has Set Up An Explosive Finale

MobLand season 1, episode 10, will certainly have a lot of stories left to explore given the set-up from the previous episodes. Episode 9 saw Maeve and Conrad get arrested thanks to Nicola/Alice's work with Richie and Colin Tattersall, but their plan to plant evidence has yet to fully come to fruition. The series still needs to further explore the identity of the mole, definitively confirming that it is O'Hara. Additionally, Maeve herself seems pretty suspicious at the moment, so MobLand's finale will need to explore her mindset and why she seems set on destroying Conrad.

In addition to rounding out the Harrigans' plans, the series will also need to invest some time in the characters' more emotional storylines.

Beyond the big cliffhanger concerning what will become of Maeve and Conrad, MobLand will need to round out the stories of other of the Harrigan family, including Kevin and Bella. The series will also need to address Harry and his family's standing in everything that has happened throughout the season, as Jan and Gina's lives are constantly in danger. This means that, in addition to rounding out the Harrigans' plans, the series will also need to invest some time in the characters' more emotional storylines.

All in all, MobLand has so much to do in its final episode that it seems unlikely the series will truly be able to conclude all its stories in a satisfying way. To some extent, this is likely because those involved want the series to continue, but MobLand season 2 has not yet been confirmed. Some plot points, like Kevin's ongoing trauma or Harry's relationship with his family, may not have a clear-cut ending, meaning MobLand may opt for an action-packed finale that focuses on ending the Harrigans' war with the Stevensons for good.
