Speaking to Screenrant, Stephens/Adam Croft’s actor Peter Mark Kendall revealed when they might start working on Watson season 2. Watson’s battle of wits against Randall Park’s Moriarty defined most of season 1’s story until Watson season 1’s shocking finale killed off Moriarty in a twist that was genuinely shocking for anyone familiar with Arthur Conan Doyle’s novels. This made it far harder to guess where Watson season 2’s story will take the show’s characters, but fortunately, viewers won’t need to wonder for too long. Read his full quote below:

Peter Mark Kendall plays both Stephens and Adams, a pair of infectious disease and functional medicine experts who played a major role in Watson's season 1 finale. The news that Watson season 2 will start filming in June 2025 is great for fans of the series, which has fared well with both critics and viewers so far. Watson’s premiere earned almost 10 million viewers and, although that number dropped throughout the remainder of season 1, the show’s audience share remained strong.
