The Nakatomi Vault is one of the new locations available in Call of Duty: Warzone. This guide will show players how to unlock it. Currently, Call of Duty: Warzone is hosting an 80's Action Heroes event in the game featuring Rambo and John McClane of the Die Hard series. To celebrate the release of this event, players are able to unlock skins for these characters and participate in tons of challenges centered around the film. In the case of Warzone, Verdansk has been given an additional vault challenge based on Nakatomi Plaza from Die Hard. This guide will show players how they can access this vault.
A big part of aiming for this challenge is the rewards waiting on the inside. If done correctly, players will receive tons of cash and high-quality weapons to help them in the battle royale. Alternatively, players can access the vault in the Plunder mode to make it easier to unlock. As with any challenge in Warzone, players from all over will try and unlock the vault and will do everything in their power to stop the player. Ultimately, it comes down to what the player wants to do. Regardless, here is how players can unlock access to the Nakatomi Plaza vault.
How To Unlock The Nakatomi Plaza Vault in Call of Duty: Warzone
In order to access the vault, the player will need to find 3 hidden keycards that are scattered around the map. Each one requires a different method to unlock it. Here is how players can unlock them all.
- Unfinished Business Vault Keycard: Located around the tower, players will want to find the Unfinished Business contract. This requires players to open up supply boxes in the area. Upon opening the third box, the vault keycard will be inside.
- Helicopter Vault Keycard: The player will need to fall onto the Nakatomi Plaza Tower from a helicopter. This will automatically start up a quest where players need to disarm C4 explosives on the roof. Players don't need to disarm them all but the last explosive will need to be disarmed from the player to get the second vault card.
- The Garage Vault Keycard: The player will need to head over to the garage in the back of Nakatomi Plaza. Head down to the bottom floor to find a white truck. Inside will be a yellow light that will begin the Deal Gone Wrong mission. Players will then need to defeat 2 waves of enemies to get the final keycard.
After obtaining all the cards, head to the 30th floor of the tower and go up one flight of stairs. The vault will be waiting for you to open it. Inside is tons of cash and perks. Reap the rewards of your hard work.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.
