He was left to a nursing home by his son (Walton Goggins) and is able to break out and goes back to live on his farm alone. The Hateful Eight (2015) - 7.8

This Quentin Tarantino directed Western follows a group of characters in the post-American Civil War period. They're all traveling to the same town of Red Rock, Wyoming, but a blizzard pauses everyone's travel, seek cover, and interact in Minnie's Haberdashery.

Everything ends in a big shootout between bounty hunters, criminals, and people with differing opinions about the outcome of the war.

Vice Principals (2016-2018) - 8.0

This HBO show stars Danny McBride and Walton Goggins as two co-vice principals who are both vying for the principal role when he retires. Instead, they hire a woman from outside of the school to fill the role, much to the chagrin of the two vice principals, who begin conspiring together to bring her downfall. It quickly becomes a dark comedy and some uncomfortable viewing when the audience realizes how far these two characters will go for a job. It's an interesting and entertaining show that delves into the psychology of the characters through their actions.

The Righteous Gemstones (2019- ) - 8.1

This current HBO show reunites Danny McBride and Walton Goggins along with a new cast of characters including John Goodman and Adam DeVine. This show follows the Gemstone family who have made a fortune by being megachurch pastors. They hypocritically preach good and pure values although their family is far from perfect with estranged family and blackmailers plaguing their bad deeds.

Django Unchained (2012) - 8.4

This Quentin Tarantino film follows a former slave (Jamie Foxx) and a bounty hunter (Christoph Waltz) who both help each other hunt down others for revenge. The Western follows the two on their incredibly violent journey in pre Civil War America. Although Walton Goggins doesn't have as big of a role in this one compared to the other Tarantino film on this list, if someone's a Tarantino fan it's worth checking out.

Justified (2010-2015) - 8.6

This television series followed U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) going back to his mining and drug epicenter hometown in Kentucky.
