Some of the best strategies I used for today's puzzle were to think about how or when I would say different words. This helped me differentiate which words sounded out of place, more like slang, or had more practical contexts based on their definitions. For example, when I thought about the word JAM, I imagined how I would say it, either to refer to a certain food or a way to enjoy listening to music.

The following clues may help you find out which categories make up today's puzzle:

• One category is about things related to the texture of food that's been cooked for too long.
• One category is about things related to used to describe you rocking out with a certain type of instrument.
• One category is about things related to items you would use to create a certain type of tea.
• One category is about things related to large formations in our solar system, with a new letter added to them.

Yellow Answers: Revealed & Explained

This was a far easier section of the puzzle for me since I was ittedly hungry while trying to find the right answers. I ed how, for lunch, I had eaten some leftover meat that was a bit DRY compared to the night before. This helped me understand that TOUGH, CHEWY, or STRINGY are all ways to describe the quality of cooked meat, especially after you taste it for long enough to realize its texture.

Green Answers: Revealed & Explained

This category was tough for me to solve, as I imagined that SOLO, BOBA, and DARTH were all words that were related to Star Wars as a section. That being said, I already had JAM and SHRED together to recognize part of this category. When I recognized that SOLO refers to a guitar solo rather than Han Solo, it was easier to fit NOODLE in as the final word to make this section complete.

Blue Answers: Revealed & Explained

Honestly, I don't drink bubble tea, so this category was a challenge for me to figure out compared to the rest of the puzzle today. While I recognized that MILK and SUGAR could refer to additional ingredients for a good cup of coffee, TEA made me think about what other drinks those additives could be used for. With BOBA, I thought about how all my friends love boba tea, and using it as the final word gave me the right answer.

Purple Answers: Revealed & Explained

This part of the puzzle was tricky for me, but not when I noticed how GENUS and BLUTO were two words that seemed to have no clear meaning. By ing past puzzles, I realized that if I took away the "B" and "G" of BLUTO and GENUS, they almost formed the names of Pluto and Venus. Doing this to CARS and DARTH to reveal the beginning parts of Mars and Earth made this section far more transparent.
