I have so many thoughts about <em>Doctor Who</em> season 15's "Wish World," but one thing I cannot get out of my head is the unexpected appearance of Rogue from season 14. He and the Doctor only met once, so the cut-off "I love you" was rather strange. I can only assume it's a reference to Rose and the Tenth Doctor in "Doomsday," but it's still a weird choice, especially as I think there's more chance of Gallifrey being saved, burned, frozen, and destroyed all over again than Billie Piper returning anytime soon.
