We all have a game that we didn't expect to get on with, but ended up loving. Sometimes, these titles are ones completely outside of your wheelhouse that you unexpectedly get invested in, or there are others that are very much your kind of game, but for some reason, you think you won't enjoy. For me, it's <em>Balatro</em>. I love playing card games physically, but never got on with card video games. However, once I picked it up, I couldn't put it down. In my first week, I sank over 70 hours into it.
