Something that hasn't yet been seen from a live-action Lex Luthor is the character's classic green power armor from the comics. With that in mind, I'm wondering if the time has finally come to see the power armor on-screen with Nicholas Hoult's take on the character in this year's Superman. It could be really cool to see Lex bring driven to take the Man of Steel on directly.

As much as I love the idea of this, and think James Gunn would consider it, I don't know that they're going to go for it in Superman. I could maybe see the shot of Clark flying into the arctic beat up being because Lex has powered his power armor with a crystal from the Fortress of Solitude, but I do worry the movie might feel overstuffed if they go for that along with everything else that's been set up in the trailers.

Honestly, I would love to see this, and if anyone would do it, it would be James Gunn. However, I feel like this might be something that debuts in a sequel film.

Should there be a Mission: Impossible 9?

Now that Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning has ended in a way that leaves the door open for more, I don't think it would be a bad idea to continue the franchise. The main reasoning behind this is because the latest film, despite two great action sequences, does not completely feel like a Mission: Impossible movie. Not a great one anyways. After countless incredible entries into the franchise, I would love to see it go out on a high note. We all know that Tom Cruise has it in him to keep doing this, so lets make that happen with Mission: Impossible 9.

I feel like the Scarlet Witch's MCU arc is even worse now after Thunderbolts*

Thunderbolts* is all about reconciling with your past, moving forward and taking action so that the trauma and darkness of the past can be overcome with help from others. Convesely, I feel like that makes Wanda Maximoff's arc even worse, especially as it doesn't seem like any of the surviving Avengers came to and be there for her following the death of the Vision.

Did the live-action Lilo & Stitch change too much from the animated version?

Despite both Stitch and Lilo capturing the same energy of the original animated film, the live-action Lilo & Stitch made a lot of changes, including cutting or altering a lot of fan favorite scenes and changing the ending. I personally much prefer the end of the animated movie over this new live-action version. Without spoilers, the new one is a little bit depressing. I also was really sad at the alterations to the Pudge and Mertle scenes. Those annoyed me the most. That said, it is still an adorable film, and the best of Disney's live-action remakes.

Will it matter that Captain Gantu is not in the live-action Lilo & Stitch?

It has been confirmed that Captain Gantu is not in the live-action Lilo & Stitch. While he is not a major part of the original animated film, he does serve as the main villain who sends Pleakley and Jumba after Stitch. I cannot imagine that Disney made this decision lightly, so hopefully it does not mess with the plot or flow of the film too much. I imagine they just give a little more to do to either Pleakley or Jumba (likely Jumba). Initial reactions by those who have seen the film alredy are mostly positive, so I am not too concerned.

Which grounded Spider-Man villain do you want to see in Brand New Day the most?

I'm one of the MCU Spider-Man fans who's firmly rooted in the grounded street-level camp from Brand New Day. With that in mind, I'd absolutely love to see someone like Mister Negative as the primary villain, making his MCU debut and helping expose Peter Parker to the criminal underworld in New York City.

Is Final Destination: Bloodlines the best Final Destination movie?

Final Destination: Bloodlines has brought the franchise back to life with rave reviews from both critics and audiences. While I absolutely love this movie, it is hard for me to say that it is the best of them for one reason - the first Final Destination was so unique and exciting when it was released. I think that the opening sequence for Final Destination: Bloodlines is the best one, and all of the deaths are at the top of the ranking, no doubt about it, but the first one will always hold a special place in my heart. It is similar to how I think the first Scream will always be the best because it was the introduction for what is to come.

Should Bond 26 revive an Ian Fleming trend the franchise hasn't done in 17 Years?

It has been 17 years since a James Bond movie has been titled after one of Ian Fleming's books about the world's most famous spy. Daniel Craig was the last Bond to do it, with Quantum of Solace's title coming from a short story Fleming wrote in For Your Eyes Only. I believe that going back to the franchise's roots with Bond 26 would be an ideal choice, signaling that even though there has been a huge shift behind the scenes of the James Bond movies, the franchise is still anchored to tradition.

Will Marvel and Sony delay Spider-Man: Brand New Day after the Avengers movies?

Marvel Studios has delayed the next two Avengers movies, with Doomsday arriving in December 2026 and Secret Wars in December 2027. Due to that, Tom Holland's Spider-Man: Brand New Day is now set to release before Avengers: Doomsday. However, since the Spider-Man movie has yet to begin filming and Avengers: Doomsday was just delayed despite having started production in April, I fear that Marvel and Sony will choose to delay Spider-Man: Brand New Day so it gets more time in post-production. The film is currently slotted for a July 31, 2026 release, which could cause them to rush things.

I honestly love the theory that Godzilla x Kong: Supernova's title secretly revealed its villain.

The Monsterverse thus far has pitted both Godzilla and Kong against a number of exciting foes, both new and classic, and while I wish they would get separate movies again, I am certainly excited for Godzilla x Kong: Supernova. While plot details are under wraps, I did see a theory that the recently revealed title treatment for the movie looks to have pointed to Gigan being its main villain, and I absolutely love the idea. To begin with, this would continue the franchise's embracing of not taking itself too seriously, but would also finally give the franchise a more Godzilla-focused story, something I've felt has been missing after focusing more on Kong the past three movies.

What is the best Train to Busan movie?

While the original Train to Busan movie might be the most well-known of them, there are two other entries in the zombie franchise. Seoul Station is a violent and bleak origin story for the zombies seen in the film, with gorgeous animation that makes its story even more visceral. The other live-action entry in the franchise is 2020's Train to Busan Presents: Peninsula, which does a good job of showing how the world has evolved since the original movie. While I enjoy all three entries, the original's classic status and deep connections between characters are simply unmatched.

Does Dune Messiah stand a chance now that it's releasing on the same day as Avengers: Doomsday?

While I'm certainly going to be seeing Dune Messiah first and presumably both movies on the same day, I unfortunately thing the release dates aligning is bad news for anything else in Avengers: Doomsday's orbit. Aside from just how the last Avengers movies performed, Doomsday is going to have an unprecedented movie cast of beloved actors, and it will likely overshadow the darker Dune sequel.

Is the Lilo & Stitch initial Rotten Tomatoes score surprising?

Lilo & Stitch (2025) has debuted on Rotten Tomatoes with a score of 73% after 44 reviews. This is a little bit surprising considering how well-loved the animated version is, and how good Stitch has looked in the trailers and promotions by Disney. That said, the live-action remakes tend to struggle a lot, with Disney never really finding the perfect balance between shot-for-shot recreations and new or adjusted scenes.

How does Ryan Reynolds' R-rated Star Wars idea sound?

Honestly, I'm glad that Ryan Reynolds' R-rated Star Wars movie isn't happening. While I'm encouraged by his idea of not wanting to use too many legacy characters, I feel like my biggest issue with his movies is that every character he plays is essentially the same as his Deadpool. If there's going to be an R-rated Star Wars film, I'd rather it not just be the usual Ryan Reynolds humor.

Is Avengers: Doomsday's release being pushed back a good or a bad thing?

Avengers: Doomsday has moved from May 5 to December 18, 2026, and, to be honest, I think this is a smart move by Disney. I like the idea of Marvel having more time to tell the story that they want to tell, and for the visual effects team to have more time to pull it off. They are in production right now, but having less than a year to create something that is sure to be extremely large scale had me worried. This sets my mind at ease. I can wait a little longer if it means having better results.

What is MTV's most underrated reality TV show?

I think the most underrated MTV reality show is Teen Mom, especially the current iteration of the series. While the Teen Mom ladies are no longer teens, they've transitioned from teen motherhood into adulthood on screen, and watching them throughout their lives has been fascinating. Going through so much with the same cast has been great to watch, and they're rarely given credit for how much they've done on the network.

Is Superman being weak in the DCU movie a sign that James Gunn understands him?

James Gunn's Superman movie trailers have repeatedly shown David Corenswet's Superman getting beaten up and bleeding. While Superman is usually shown to be an extremely powerful hero who can't be hurt by much, I think Gunn is using this shocking move to show us how he understands the character. By giving Superman so many adversities, Clark Kent's humanity comes out more, and since that is truly the best part of the Man of Steel — his desire to do good and help others with his immense powers — James Gunn's Superman movie is on point.
