According to a new report, Thunderbolts* director Jake Schreier is Marvel Studios' top choice to helm the MCU's X-Men movie. I would love to see that happen, as Schreier has shown with Thunderbolts* that he has the skills to bring the X-Men's team dynamic to life and make every character as layered as they should be. Thunderbolts* had it all, with gorgeous visuals, impactful action, funny moments, and emotional character development. If Schreier is the director of the MCU's X-Men movie, then the mutants are in good hands.
