I only had one beef with <em>Lilo & Stitch</em> (2025). I can understand Gantu's absence, especially considering this was originally meant to go straight to Disney+. I get that budget constraints had to be felt somewhere, plus the desire for more "realism". Gantu can always be brought back in potential sequels, and I had no problem with Nani and the decisions made at the movie's ending. What I CAN'T get past is the lack of redemption for Jumba! He's arc is such an important piece of the whole Ohana concept, and I hated that he was relegated to being the two-dimensional villain he's so far from in the original animated movies and show.
