Although Maggie and OA seemed like they were being set up to be fired on <em>FBI</em>, I don't think it's likely that they'll wind up getting the boot from the agency. While OA has made some questionable decisions this season and Maggie seems like she's been set up to leave the show, I don't think <em>FBI</em> would actually see the pair leave. A storyline could be put in place to have them redeem themselves next season, but I can't see them get fired.
