It's crazy to think that <em>The Righteous Gemstones </em>has already come to a close, and for those already missing its unique sense of humor on screen, I have the perfect replacement for you in the form of <em>Vice Principals</em>. The HBO comedy, released nine years ago, was also created by Danny McBride, alongside frequent collaborator Jody Hill, and starred McBride and Walton Goggins as two vice principals who fight for the principal position at their school, only to be usurped by an outside hire, leading to them ing forces to take her down. Its mix of dark comedy and well-rounded character work makes it such a blast, especially since it's only two seasons long.
