The brand-new trailer gives viewers an intriguing inside look at how the game will be played. Some contestants claim they won't have any issues betraying their opponents, with one going so far as to say they don't have a "developed sense of morality." Throughout the trailer, the host explains how the game works, saying the snake will save one player from elimination, which will "set off a chain reaction" until the two remaining contestants go up against the snake. Toward the end of the trailer, one player shockingly says, "God's watching you right now and praying that you burn."

On the flip side, there's Bryan, who's an ex-con; he's the one in the trailer who its he doesn't have any morality. Even putting aside his criminal record, he's clearly willing to do whatever it takes to win.

Amanda's a lawyer, so she's skilled at the art of persuasion in a courtroom. Derek and Kailee are in law enforcement (and Mena's a bounty hunter), so they probably think they can sniff out the bad ones in the group. As a poker player, Devonte has developed critical skills that he'll be able to put to use in this game.

The Snake Is The Traitors Meets Fear Factor

The Snake trailer looks really intriguing. If you're into competition shows that involve betrayals and backstabbing, then this show is for you. It seems like they've The Traitors and Fear Factor to create a brand-new reality show that's must-see TV. Unlike The Traitors, though, none of the contestants on The Snake are celebrities or reality TV stars, so viewers don't have any pre-existing judgments about them. Their backgrounds and careers are what might fuel their strategies in the game, and that will make for very entertaining TV.

The Snake premieres Tuesday, June 10 at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX.
