With 7 main characters in total, The Big Bang Theory had no shortage of iconic lines from Sheldon, Leonard, Penny, and the others. While these main characters' lines are often the most quoted and talked about, there are plenty of memorable ones from characters that appeared once or a handful of times throughout the show.
Despite their limited appearances on The Big Bang Theory, characters like Zack, Mary, Beverly, and even Sarah from the Goth club made their mark on the show through unforgettable quotes. Many of these are so memorable and specific to the character that viewers would instantly recognize them upon hearing them.

Raj & Howard Go To A Goth Club
In the episode "The Gothowitz Deviation," Howard and Raj dress all in black and wear fake tattoo sleeves to enter a Goth club in the hopes of getting girls. By some luck, they manage to capture the attention of two girls, one of which seemed relegated to the background more often and tacked on the quote, "Not that anyone cares," at the end of every sentence when she realized no one was paying attention to her.
The line alone isn't particularly funny, but it certainly stands out due to the way Sarah (Sarah Buehler) delivered it and the context in which it was used. It was her most notable line throughout her appearance in that one episode.

Barry Complains That Siri Doesn't Work On His Phone
Raj's obsession with Siri after he got a new phone in "The Beta Test Initiation" was the highlight of the episode until Barry stole the show with this quote. Due to a speech impediment, his pronunciation made it difficult for Siri to understand what he was saying, leading to Barry complaining that it didn't work.
In most of his appearances, Barry's speech was the center of several jokes and antagonistic remarks. This quote, however, was one of the more lighthearted ones from him that's easy to and also highlights a defining trait of the character that the show focused on several times.

Stuart Lists His Many Life Woes
While at Howard's bachelor party in "The Stag Convergence," Stuart lists the many problems in his life to the rest of the group, including his terrible finances. He sums up his toast to Howard with this quote.
Aside from the fact that Stuart comparing himself to an 80-year-old man is hilarious, his delivery of the line makes it even more memorable because he truly sounds that old when he says it. In addition, the line is completely out of place, as is the rest of his toast at a bachelor party, making it one of Stuart's funniest quotes on TBBT and unforgettable.

Leslie & Leonard Sleep Together
In "The Hamburger Postulate," Leslie and Leonard sleep together after band practice in his apartment. Sheldon and Penny overhear her calling Leonard a magnificent beast, which eventually gets posted on the internet by Howard.
Leslie and Leonard's relationship on The Big Bang Theory was on and off, typically barely lasting through the episode. This quote where she seems to compliment his sexual prowess was funny and rather surprising, especially since most times she made emasculating remarks to him.

Wil Wheaton Recording Howard's Bachelor Party
During Howard's bachelor party in "The Stag Convergence," Raj gets drunk and starts revealing some embarrassing stories about Howard's sex life. Wil records the whole thing and, in delight, comments that he's going to post it online. Bernadette comes across the recording and gets upset about all the things Howard kept from him, leading to her breaking off their engagement for a little while.
While Wil posted the footage for his entertainment, he didn't consider the ramifications of his actions. This was similar to when he played on Penny's insecurities in "The Wheaton Recurrence" until she broke up with Leonard so that he could beat their bowling team. Although Wil was one of the best guest stars on The Big Bang Theory, he often caused tension between the main characters just by something he said, even when it was funny.

Mary Talking About Sheldon's Intellect
After Sheldon gets fired in "The Luminous Fish Effect" and starts taking up odd activities to fill his time, Leonard calls Mary to intervene. While talking about her son, she tells Leonard he got his temper from his father and has her eyes, but his unique intellect was from Jesus.
There's no question that Mary loved her son, even though most times she couldn't understand him and could only explain his unusual intelligence as a miracle. The line is even referenced later in the show in "The Maternal Combustion," when she mentions how she prayed to have a son smarter than his father and saw a Jesus bobblehead in the next car nodding yes.

Beverly's Advice To Leonard
In "The Skank Reflex Analysis," Leonard is upset over Penny and Raj spending the night together, so Sheldon gets Beverly to call and talk to him. After pouring his heart out to her, Leonard asks for her advice, and she says the quoted line to him.
As expected, Leonard was disappointed in his mother's lack of sympathy or helpful advice despite being a world-renowned expert. However, their relationship throughout the show was always strained, and this advice was on-brand for her character, even if a little hurtful for him.

Zack & Penny Leonard & The Gang On The Roof
Leonard goes to invite Penny to watch him and his friends bounce laser beams off the moon in "The Lunar Excitation," and finds her back together with Zack, which was a questionable dating choice according to TBBT fans on Reddit. Penny tries to keep Zack from going due to the awkwardness between them as exes, and Zack replies with the iconic line about the surprise party.
In all his appearances, it was clear that Zack wasn't as intelligent as the rest of the main crew, and quotes like these further cement that character trait. Most times, Leonard and Sheldon made fun of him, much to Penny's embarrassment, while Zack remained completely oblivious.

Debbie Refusing To Use A Computer For Video Calls
Howard's biggest career achievement on TBBT was going to space, from where he often spoke to his mother over the phone. During one call, he suggested that she use the computer instead so that they could see each other via a video call. She declined, stating that going near it would likely cause her to catch a computer virus.
This was one of many times that the show poked fun at Debbie for not knowing much about technology with a quote that's funny and easily unforgettable. It also highlights something many people can relate to, with most older parents having difficulty understanding the latest technology.

Bert Quotes A Geologist Dating Site Tagline
In "The Allowance Evaporation," Amy and Sheldon are having a date night when they see Bert, who says he's also there to meet someone from a dating site. He explains that the site was created to help geologists find love and quotes the site's tagline, which is a play on a common geology practice.
Bert had a handful of appearances on The Big Bang Theory, and in most of them, he was either talking about something related to geology or his dating life. This quote from him about a dating site for geologists perfectly combines both of these subjects and sums up his character with a quirky and memorable line.
