Ben Higgins and Jessica Clarke have officially tied the knot as of November 13, 2021. Ben first appeared on The Bachelorette in 2015 to compete for the heart of Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe. He returned to the franchise the following year for The Bachelor season 20 and proposed to Lauren Bushnell, but things didn't last. Ben and Jessica got together in 2019 and became engaged shortly after. Now, the marriage is official and the happy couple has a lot to say about their newest chapter together.

Ben and Jessica first started talking when Ben sent her DMs on Instagram in February 2019. Ben later announced he and Jessica were an item. Former host of The Bachelor Chris Harrison congratulated the couple upon their engagement the following year, posting a screenshot of a FaceTime call with the couple on his Instagram. Chris and his partner Lauren Zima were invited to the 2021 wedding but were unable to attend. Ben maintains that he has kept in touch with Chris and Lauren.

On Saturday, November 13th, after just over a year of being engaged, the couple finally got married. According to Ben and Jessica reportedly personalized their vows for their Tennessee ceremony. The wedding is additionally reported to have included not only a scripture reading, but Winnie-the-Pooh quotes as well. Ben says he is "so excited" about getting married to Jessica. He says that the new couple has "so much to look forward to," and he believes that he and Jessica will have a "beautiful marriage."

Jessica also seems to be thrilled with the newest stage in the couple's relationship and gushes over her new husband, saying, "Ben doesn't just make me want to be a better person, but he actually makes me a better person." Jessica also adds that Ben has been ive of many of her life goals and she hadn't previously found a man as accepting of her as Ben. Ben and Jessica's relationship is not all one-sided iration. Ben speaks to the aesthetician's personality, saying that she is "so incredibly empathetic and caring." Similar to his wife's comments about him, Ben adds that Jessica is ive of him and his personal goals. "I'm so excited that I get to love her — and be loved by her — every single day. And I am so thankful that I found her."

While Ben wasn't able to find love on any of The Bachelor shows he appeared on, it seems clear that he has found his true match in Jessica. The two very obviously have similar goals in mind and similar attitudes towards each other. Additionally, reports of the couple's simple wedding appear to be very on-brand for the couple, who share a Christian faith and have spoken about their commitment to a traditional lifestyle with one another. The future is, as always, unclear, but it's possible that Ben and Jessica are in it for the long run.
