Taylor Hale is advising individuals interested in applying for Big Brother to do their research on the show as they work through the application process. Taylor moved inside the famous house last summer as she competed on season 24 of the show. With one of the greatest comeback stories in the history of the show, Taylor went from being bullied and on the block nearly every week to taking home the $750K cash prize on finale night. Now that it has been an entire year since Taylor was first recruited for Big Brother 24, the most recent winner has some advice for season 25 applicants. In a series of tweets, Taylor advised individuals currently in the casting process, especially recruits, to do their research on the show.

She suggested they watch past Big Brother seasons while also studying gameplay and strategies. This will not only help them throughout the application process, but also while inside the house should they be cast. Taylor said, "If you’re a recruit—respect the fan base and do your research!"

Taylor Hale Was A Recruit But Still Went Through The Application Process

In the series of tweets, Taylor itted that she too was a recruit for her season of the show. While it is often assumed that recruits do not necessarily have to go through the application process, that is not true. Taylor explained that despite being initially ed for the show by production, she did fill out an application like non-recruits would. The former Big Brother winner also recalled the anxiety that she felt throughout the entire process. Despite being a recruit, any applicant can be pulled from the show at any given moment up until they move into the Big Brother house on premiere night.

For the first time in nearly three years, Big Brother in-person casting calls have made a return. This was the primary way of casting for Big Brother for many years; however, they were put on hold after the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, they have finally made a return. So far, there has only been one in-person casting call for season 25, during which Taylor actually made a guest appearance. Because it is unclear how many more casting calls the show will be able to do, those interested in being on season 25 can still apply online if they were not able to attend the casting call.

If applicants are looking for advice regarding the show, there is no one better to take it from than a former Big Brother winner herself. The casting process is currently underway for the milestone season set to air this summer. With that being said, there is still plenty of time for applicants to study the show and prep themselves to potentially spend their summer competing inside the Big Brother house.
