A genuine masterpiece, When Harry Met Sally sees both Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan play such realistic characters that they're often outright unlikeable, except for the fact that they can so clearly make each other happy. It's refreshing to watch a romcom that gets that the real obstacle in any relationship is the people in it, and while the diner scene is the most famous, it's honestly among the least inspired moments in a hilarious and well-observed movie.

The best, most memorable rom-com in movie history. It stands the test of time and remains as relevant in 2025 as it was in 1989. Nora Ephron and Rob Reiner wrote a warm, funny and timeless love story that may be copied but can never be replaced.

A classic rom com that shows why Meg Ryan was so good in these roles during that era. Billy Crystal feels like an unconventional choice as the lead of one of these movies, but that is what makes their relationship in it so compelling. Really great chemistry with a wonderfully cute ending.
