One of the Best, if not the best western that I’ve seen in a Lot of Years! Val Kilmer was Fantastic..!

I have very seldom watched any movie more than once. Twice or more can be counted on one hand. Val Kllmer was , IMO, perfect for the roll, as I feel they all were. An excellent job of casting.

I'm old now & was raised on westerns, had a ranch in Colorado.

This was the perfect team & glad they all had the opportunity to see this masterpiece through.

Tombstone is the BEST movie, western or otherwise. Val Kilmer portrayed Doc Holiday with some of the greatest huckleberry scenes and lines! Love the movie/actors and story. I will sit down and watch that movie anytime.

One of the best Western movies I've ever seen. Flawless acting and historical accuracy. Kilmer as Doc Holliday is unforgettable. There are no slow spots.watched with my family in 93. I still watch it when ever I can. Kurt Russell as Wyatt Earp can not be outdone. Russell never disappoints.This is a must see film.

Tombstone is my #1 favorite movie, I have watched it probably 100 times and it never gets boring. Doc is my favorite of course, he's one badass no matter how sick he was, a true friend to Wyatt to his dying day. Action filled from start to finish. I rate this novie a 10 out of 10. If anyone has never seen this movie, you need to, there is no other like it.

Val Kilmer deserved Best Actor, and whoever got it that yr obviously is forgettable. Kilmer is not.

I'd not seen it, heard of it, until a few years later. When a male friend realized it, he rented it immediately. My hearing not perfect then, I got more out of it later with captioning. And it's on my DVR as long as I live.

This was one of the top 10 Westerns of all time , and Kilmer probably the best movie performance of all time , suring Bogie .

One of my favorite movies EVER. Two of my movie crushes: Kurt Russell, since I was a teenager and Sam Elliott since Roadhouse..perfectly cast. And Val Kilmer was brilliant.

No one could have portrayed Doc Holiday as well as Val Kilmer. In fact, I think it was the best performance of his career. And I'm your huckleberry!

Best Western are the go to movies of choice specially me. I liked both movies however Tombstone much better. Not that it matters I'm just not a Costner fan, but he did good in Wyatt Earp, just Not a Costner fan.

Seen Wyatt Earp a few times but watched Tombstone dozens of times, still do. Kurt Russell plays Earp much better, and for Doc Holiday Val Kimmer was outright awesome. Will continue to watch Tombstone till I'm in one 😁

A great timeless movie.. great acting and stellar performances from all the cast involved! Kevin Costner did a similar themed movie, which is also good but just short of the mark that this movie set!

Screen Rant, you are absolutely right. Tombstone is one of the greatest movies. I bought the VHS and then the DVD. I’ve watch it once a year and always find something new. The biggest reason I never tire of viewing this movie is Val Kilmer’s Doc Holliday. Incredible!! He should have won the Oscar.

Tombstone was an excellent movie about "The Earp Brother's and their friend Doc Holiday" The story was true to their nature and excellent choice of characters. I can testify to this with the utmost confidence as I was born into the Earp family. I am a fourth cousin to Wyatt Earp! My great grandfather was George Ellsworth Earp.

While Val Kilmer did a great job bringing out the humor that may or may not existed in Doc's life, Quaid in "Wyatt Earp" was much more "Doc like" in his portrayal. He starved himself down to seem more sickly and thin, as Doc was. He was not so humorous but more droll and mean.

I agree with everything that was said about the movie. I loved it from beginning to end. Doc Holiday, of course is my favorite! I can never get tired of watching this movie. One of my all-time favorites! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
