Tales of Arise is an open-world Action-RPG game from Bandai Namco Entertainment and is the seventeenth flagship title in the "Tales of" franchise. Players take on the role of Alphen, an enslaved man who can feel no physical pain living in Dahna's imprisoned world. Ruled over by the prospering people above in the world of Rena, fate makes a significant turn when Alphen meets a woman named Shionne, who causes pain to all she touches. Together, they'll embark on a quest to change their worlds and bring about a new era of prosperity.
