  • Some people would not agree with me and I think it all a matter of personal preference, but I really love Jurassic World. Its fast-paced and high-stakes plot keeps it interesting (and scary as the characters have to escape from dinosaurs) and Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard's characters work well together as they both deliver believable and top-notch performances.

  • This newer trilogy has seen quite a bit of mixed reviews and I partially think that is due to people's attachment to the original, but this is not nearly as bad as people make it out to be. Honestly, if you love dinosaurs, I don't see how you could possibly dislike this movie. Yes, the main focus is a made-up dinosaur, but honestly what else could they do? And the T-Rex still makes his iconic appearance in a dino fight, how can that be anything less than awesome? And as sick as people are of Chris Pratt, I think he does really well in this, as does the rest of the main cast. Overall, this has everything any fan of Jurassic Park should enjoy. And yes, while it is ridiculous that these parks keep opening, that's just the humor of the series and you learn to roll with it, I mean, what are the odds a dino escape happens again?

'Jurassic World' Review
7/10

Jurassic World is a big, shiny, and entertaining roller coaster ride, though the 'World' is more interesting than the people.
