My one gripe is I wished that the ending stayed in a more allegorical place, because I think the subliminal messages of Hereditary were the best part. But very well shot and what a performance from Alex Wolff.

This movie is so well-done and the acting is so convincing it adds an additional level of terror. I've honestly been too scared to rewatch it though, because of how much the first watch unsettled me.

I am unapologetically certain that the 2018 Ari Aster flick Hereditary is one of my all-time favorite horror movies. A family torn apart by tragedy and a lineage full of secrets and witchcraft, how could you possibly go wrong?

There is so much talent crammed into this production it almost feels unfair to other movies. Every aspect of Hereditary feels dark, ominous, and purposeful.

It was possibly one of the worst horror movies I have ever watched. A total waste of time.
