Although The Acolyte was the first depiction of the High Republic Era in live-action, Young Jedi Adventures season 1 featured this section of the Star Wars timeline in animation. The first season of the show was released between May 2023 and February 2024, detailing the lives of three young Padawans learning the ways of the Jedi in the midst of the High Republic Era.

Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures season 2 will continue the show in August 2024, offering more insight into the High Republic in stories specifically geared toward a younger audience. Young Jedi Adventures season 2 will be released on Disney+ on August 14, around a month after The Acolyte finishes. Excitingly, this will not be the end for Star Wars TV in 2024.
