10 Dee Bradley Baker as Clone Force 99 and Other Clones

The ever-present voice of Star Wars' clones brings the titular squad to life.

Dee Bradley Baker and Bad Batch.

Dee Bradley Baker has been involved with Star Wars as the voice of the clones since Star Wars: The Clone Wars premiered in 2008, but the role has grown and evolved since then. With characters like Captain Rex and Commander Cody becoming fan favorites, Baker’s voice has become synonymous with soldiers of the Grand Army of the Republic. Outside of Star Wars, Baker has had a successful voice acting career, serving as the voice of Perry the Platypus on Phineas and Ferb and recently voicing Adam Warlock’s pet Blurp in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3.

While Baker is still voicing the clones in The Bad Batch, portraying Clone Force 99 has provided him with more experimentation and freedom in the role. Baker voices Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Echo, and Crosshair most often, as the titular Bad Batch appears in almost every episode. As mutated clones, each character has a unique tone, with Hunter and Echo sounding most similar to regular clones; Tech speaks with a slightly higher pitched tone, Wrecker with a deeper and louder voice, while Crosshair’s is low and whisper-like. Baker's differentiation between the characters demonstrates his exceptional range as a voice actor.

9 Michelle Ang as Omega

The lovable, most recent member of the Batch has an excellent voice-actor behind her.

Michelle Ang and Omega.

One of only two known female clones of Jango Fett, Omega is the little sister of the Batch and is their main reason for going into hiding. Given that her DNA is unaltered, Omega is listed as a valuable tool for the Empire’s cloning experiments. Michelle Ang, a native of New Zealand, uses her Kiwi accent in her role as Omega. She first made use of her native accent in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, which she was on from 2002 to 2004.

Ang has also had guest spots in live-action in shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Drop Dead Diva, and The Twilight Zone. She is also known for playing Alex in The Walking Dead spin-off Fear The Walking Dead: Flight 462. So far, Ang’s role as Omega is her only voice credit, but with how young and important Omega will be to the future of Star Wars, The Bad Batch season 3 will likely not be the last time audiences hear Ang's voice as Boba Fett’s sister.

8 Rhea Perlman as Cid

The ruthless crime syndicate leader who serves as the Batch's de facto boss is voiced by a legendary actress.

Rhea Perlman is an accomplished actor, both in live-action and through her voice work. Perlman may be most famous for her portrayal of Carla Tortelli on the long-running show Cheers, which earned her multiple Primetime Emmys and saw the actress nominated for multiple Golden Globes. In the world of film, Perlman portrayed Zinnia Wormwood in 1996’s Matilda. Perlman starred alongside her then-husband and the film’s director, Danny DeVito.

While The Bad Batch is Perlman’s first time playing a character in Star Wars, her voice acting goes back to 1984. Prior to Star Wars, Perlman lent her voice to My Little Pony: The Movie and an episode of The Simpsons. Cid betrayed Clone Force 99 in The Bad Batch season 2's ending, meaning it may not be the last time audiences see the character, as she could get a redemption arc or an equally satisfying comeuppance in the show’s final season.

7 Wanda Sykes as Phee Genoa

The Batch's pirate ally has another veteran actor behind in the voice-performance booth.

Wanda Sykes and Phee Genoa.

A comedy legend, Wanda Sykes’ addition to Star Wars was full of energy, mystery, and comedy. Sykes was able to bring the same charisma to Phee Genoa as she had in shows like The New Adventures of Old Christine and Black-ish. Most recently, Sykes starred in, wrote, and executive produced History of the World, Part II, the continuation of the Mel Brooks movie from 1981. In The Bad Batch, Sykes’ character Phee was pursuing a relationship with Tech, but after Tech's tragic death in The Bad Batch season 2 finale, the pair will not get their happily ever after.

6 Benjamin Diskin as AZI-3

Diskin brings a helpful droid friend to life to aid the Batch.

Benjamin Diskin and AZI-3.

An accomplished voice actor, Benjamin Diskin has had multiple roles within Star Wars, but none more important than the medical droid and Omega’s friend AZI-3. The droid was one of the major reasons why Clone Force 99 survived the destruction of Tipoca City in The Bad Batch season 1 finale, initially debuting in The Clone Wars as an assistant. Outside of Star Wars, Diskin has voiced the alien Stitch in the Japanese anime Stitch! and Stitch & Ai. Recently, Diskin also voiced the stuffed toy Beebo in multiple Arrowverse shows, with most appearances coming as part of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

5 Noshir Dalal as Vice iral Rampart

The Bad Batch's villainous Imperial is voiced by a Star Wars alum.

Noshir Dalal and Vice iral Rampart.

While Vice iral Rampart was arrested in The Bad Batch season 2 and used as a scapegoat after ordering the destruction of Tipoca City, he was also the one who first introduced replacing clone troopers with recruits called stormtroopers and spearheaded legislation for it. Noshir Dalal has cemented his place within Star Wars, as he has provided voices in multiple projects, including Tales of the Jedi and most recently Bode Akuna in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. In live-action, Dalal has also had guest spots on shows like General Hospital, NCIS, and Good Trouble.

4 Jimmi Simpson as Doctor Royce Hemlock

The Bad Batch's primary antagonist is imbued with adequate menace, threat, and gravitas.

Jimmi Simpson is an accomplished actor in live-action with roles in House of Cards and Westworld, the latter of which he played William in the first three seasons. Simpson has also had roles in shows like It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Black Mirror. While Simpson’s character, Dr. Hemlock, has only appeared in four episodes of The Bad Batch so far, the character will be one of the main antagonists for the show’s final season after capturing Omega and Crosshair for his dark experiments at Mount Tantiss.

3 Gwendoline Yeo as Nala Se

The Kaminoan leader is played by an accomplished Star Wars voice actor.

Yeo has picked up additional voices in other Star Wars titles, playing multiple roles in The Clone Wars and Star Wars Resistance. In live-action, Yeo may be best known for playing Xiao-Mei on Desperate Housewives. Yeo has also had guest spots on shows like NCIS, Grey’s Anatomy, and Castle.

2 Keisha Castle-Hughes as Emerie Karr

The shocking second sister of Boba Fett will be important to The Bad Batch's future.

Keisha Castle-Hughes and Emerie Karr.

Keisha Castle-Hughes is a veteran of Star Wars, having been involved in the franchise since she played Queen Apailana of Naboo in Revenge of the Sith. Outside of Star Wars, Castle-Hughes has found success in live-action, even being nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for her debut in Whale Rider. She also ed Game of Thrones, playing Obara Sand. Currently, Castle-Hughes has a main role on FBI: Most Wanted as Special Agent Hana Gibson.
