Ahsoka season 2 is confirmed to be in the works, and this show would be an excellent choice for Ventress' next Star Wars appearance. Ahsoka Tano and Asajj Ventress have an incredibly complex relationship. In The Clone Wars, Ventress was mainly the antagonist, studying under Count Dooku and frequently causing issues for Ahsoka and her master, Anakin Skywalker. However, when Ahsoka was falsely accused of murder and on the run from the Jedi and the Republic, Ventress took pity on her and helped her.
This history between the two and the fact that Ventress would likely understand Ahsoka's complicated feelings about Anakin/Darth Vader would make this the perfect fit.
Ventress was specifically open to helping Ahsoka because she had been spurned by the Jedi and, ostensibly, her master, which Ventress related to. In her own Clone Wars arc, Ventress was betrayed by Dooku, which was devastating to her. This history between the two and the fact that Ventress would likely understand Ahsoka's complicated feelings about Anakin/Darth Vader would make this the perfect fit.
9 Asajj Ventress Could Make An Appearance In The Mandalorian & Grogu
Ventress and Din Djarin's Mutual Career Could Set Up Their Connection
- Created By
- Dave Filoni
- Cast
- Pedro Pascal
- First Appearance
- The Mandalorian
- Alliance
- Mandalorians
- Alias
- Mando
- Franchise
- Star Wars
the The Mandalorian & Grogu movie is a thrilling update to Star Wars, and Ventress herself could be a part of it - particularly because Din Djarin is also a bounty hunter like Ventress. If Ventress is still actively working in the New Republic era, which isn't out of the question given that Ahsoka is, she could easily cross paths with the Mandalorian father-and-son duo. Whether she would be on their side or not is left to be seen, but it would be a fun dynamic nonetheless.
8 Tales Of The Jedi Season 2 Could Feature Asajj Ventress
Tales Of The Jedi Season 2 Has Yet To Announce Its Cast And Characters
Although no trailer or release date has been revealed for Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi season 2, it is confirmed to be coming and could seamlessly center on Ventress. Tales of the Jedi season 1 focused on Count Dooku and Ahsoka Tano, each getting a three-episode arc. Assuming that season 2 will follow this structure, Ventress could be one of the two Jedi featured. Although she is most prominently known as a Sith apprentice, Ventress does have a Jedi history, ending in the tragic death of her master in front of her, which could be captured in the show.
Although no trailer or release date has been revealed for Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi season 2, it is confirmed to be coming and could seamlessly center on Ventress.
7 Asajj Ventress Could Debut A Tales Of The Sith Show
Star Wars Could Create A Tales Of The Jedi Spin-Off
Although this is just speculative, a Tales of the Jedi show featuring Sith characters instead would be a fascinating addition to Star Wars. Because the show could provide additional context on fan-favorite, complex characters such as Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, and Kylo Ren, this would no doubt be an exciting update for Star Wars audiences. Ventress could fit into the show as well as she could Tales of the Jedi given her equally interesting Sith arc in The Clone Wars.
6 Asajj Ventress Could Star In Her Own Disney+ TV Show
Ventress Could Get The Obi-Wan Kenobi And Ahsoka Tano Treatment
With characters like Ahsoka Tano and Obi-Wan Kenobi getting their own TV shows, it isn't out of the question that Ventress could lead her own show as well. The enthusiasm for Ventress' inclusion in The Bad Batch season 3 seems motivation enough for this type of Star Wars return for the character, and her history is certainly complex enough to sustain a limited series run. This could also offer additional exploration of the Clone Wars era and the Imperial era, two of the time periods audiences are most interested in across the Star Wars timeline.

All seven non-chronological seasons of The Clone Wars take place within a three-year period, but where does one year end and the next begin?
5 Asajj Ventress Could Appear In A New Star Wars Bounty Hunter Show
Asajj Ventress Is One Of Many Popular Star Wars Bounty Hunters
Many of Star Wars' most popular characters have been bounty hunters, including Boba Fett, Din Djarin, Cad Bane, and Asajj Ventress. This would therefore be a perfect Star Wars project to be announced next and an ideal show in which Ventress could return. Bounty hunters are also particularly exciting because they tend to be morally gray characters, which Ventress has certainly come to represent since her time as a Sith in the Clone Wars era. Particularly because Ventress is one of few Force-sensitive bounty hunters, this could be a thrilling narrative to explore.
4 Asajj Ventress' Story Could Be Told In A Nightsisters Of Dathomir Show
The Nightsisters Of Dathomir Are A Fascinating Star Wars Addition
One of the best Star Wars inclusions has been the Nightsisters of Dathomir, who have now appeared in The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels, and Ahsoka. The Nightsisters are Force-sensitive witches, and they are a major part of Ventress' story. Ventress was taken as a baby from the Nightsisters, but they remained important to her, particularly Mother Talzin, the leader of the group. In The Clone Wars, General Grievous also wipes out many of the Nightsisters in a brutal attack, which would prove interesting to dive deeper into.
3 Star Wars' Own What If Series Could Tell New Asajj Ventress Stories
Star Wars Could Take A Page From Marvel's Book
In addition to the stories already included in Ventress' Star Wars timeline, there are innumerable unexplored stories, particularly because her experiences after Order 66 have yet to be fully ed for (at least until she bumps into Clone Force 99 in The Bad Batch season 3). A Star Wars show like Marvel's What If...? could explore alternate timelines for Star Wars characters, Ventress included. It would be thrilling to see Ventress become a true Jedi or fall in love with and remain committed to Quinlan Vos, whom she worked (and flirted) with in Dark Disciple, written by Christie Golden.

2 Asajj Ventress Could Appear In A Live Action Clone Wars Show
The Ahsoka Show Had Audiences Hopeful For A Live Action Clone Wars
Ventress would also be an essential part of a live-action Clone Wars show, should one actually be created. Audiences became particularly eager to see this project after the World Between Worlds. While that may mean complicated casting decisions, as not every voice actor goes on to play the same character in live-action, this would be an amazing update to Ventress' Star Wars arc.
1 A Darth Vader Show Could Include Asajj Ventress' Clone Wars Arc
Fan-Favorite Hayden Christensen Could Bring About A Darth Vader Show
- Created By
- George Lucas
- Cast
- Bob Anderson, Sebastian Shaw
- First Appearance
- Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope
- Alliance
- Jedi, Sith
- Franchise
- Star Wars
- Died
- Star Wars: Episode VI - Return Of The Jedi
Star Wars audiences don't seem to ever tire of seeing Hayden Christensen reprise his role as Anakin Skywalker, and Christensen has equally expressed a commitment to continuing to play Anakin for the foreseeable future. While Christensen has only played Anakin in live action and was not the voice actor behind The Clone Wars' Anakin Skywalker, a Darth Vader TV show could be Christensen's animated debut, or the show could be live-action. Were that the case, Ventress would be an excellent addition to the show.
Like Ventress and Ahsoka, Ventress and Anakin have a very complicated history, with Anakin even Force choking Ventress before his fall to the dark side. It would also be fascinating to see Ventress' reaction to discovering what Anakin, her once nemesis, had become. In any capacity, though, the impending Asajj Ventress return to Star Wars is sure to be thrilling.
