A significant number of animated Star Wars characters have recently made the jump to live-action. However, there are plenty more galactic heroes and villains I would love to see so the same. Because the established Star Wars canon spans multiple mediums and formats, it's hopefully only a matter of time.
Thanks to Star Wars shows such as The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and especially Ahsoka, there's been a recent influx of animated characters from The Clone Wars and Star Wars Rebels who have ed Lucasfilm's live-action projects. This includes characters like Ahsoka Tano, Sabine Wren, Grand iral Thrawn, Hera Syndulla, Bo-Katan Kryze, Cad Bane, and more. However, here are 10 more animated Star Wars characters I'd love to see in live-action as well.

10 Cal Kestis
An Epic Jedi Survivor
The leading protagonist of EA's Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor, Cal Kestis is an incredibly dynamic Jedi Knight who survived the events of Order 66. Since then, he's been shown actively resisting the Empire during the Dark Times of the Star Wars timeline. Having fought multiple Imperial Inquisitors and even an encounter with Darth Vader himself, Cal Kestis has made it his mission to help those seeking refuge from the Empire's tyranny, particularly those who are Force sensitive.
While Cal's story will likely continue in a third Jedi game, it would also be exciting to see Cameron Monaghan truly become Kestis in live-action, having already provided both his voice and likeness for the character using motion capture. It wouldn't be hard to find room for Cal in a future live-action project, having canonically worked with both Saw Gerrera and the Hidden Path network. Cal's final fate is also currently unknown, and as such it's unclear if he'll survive through the Galactic Civil War and beyond, or if he eventually meets his end during the Dark Times.

9 Merrin
A Nightsister Hero
Along with Kestis, it would also be exciting to see Merrin make the jump to live-action as well, a key ally (and love interest) of Cal's. Also having ties with the Hidden Path, there's never been a better time for the former Nightsister to be featured in live-action, especially considering the return of the Great Mothers as seen in Ahsoka. Assuming she survives into the New Republic Era, Merrin could prove to be a strong ally to the heroes of the era.
8 Hondo Ohnaka
Galaxy's Edge Provides The Perfect Tease
Hondo Ohnaka has deserved the live-action treatment from the very moment he first debuted in the first season of The Clone Wars. An incredibly dynamic Weequay pirate captain voiced by Jim Cummings, Hondo Ohnaka is the living definition of chaotic charisma, a constantly scheming con artist who gives even Lando Calrissian a run for his credits. Having been first featured in The Clone Wars, Hondo also has appearances in Star Wars Rebels where he was still up to his classic misadventures, albeit without the crew he once had during the Republic era.
Thanks to Disneyland and its Star Wars-themed land Galaxy's Edge, we do have a taste of what a live-action Hondo could be like. This is thanks to the Millennium Falcon ride known as Smuggler's Run where guests are invited to "Hondo Transport Solutions" by an animatronic of Ohnaka himself who is quite eager to have new partners in his latest venture he promises will be quite profitable. As such, it's quite a compelling proof-of-concept Lucasfilm will hopefully take advantage of in a live-action project sooner rather than later.
7 Asajj Ventress
Dooku's Former Sith Assassin
It boggles the mind that Star Wars live-action project. The former Sith assassin who was ultimately rejected by Count Dooku in the middle of the Clone Wars, Ventress sought revenge on her master after reuniting with her fellow Nightsisters. After her clan was slaughtered by General Grievous, Ventress began a new life as a bounty hunter before forming a romantic relationship with Jedi Knight Quinlan Vos.
Although she was believed to have been killed by Dooku trying to save Vos' life near the end of the Clone Wars, it was later revealed in The Bad Batch that Asajj survived her seemingly mortal wounds and was still active during the Dark Times. To that end, there are major gaps in Ventress' history that need to be answered, perhaps in a live-action series. At present, the best she's received is her name getting referenced in the live-action Ahsoka series.
6 Quinlan Vos
(Beyond A Cameo)
Just like Ventress, it would be also amazing to see Jedi Master Quinlan Vos in live-action as well. A Jedi who excelled at espionage and even had a brief corruption by the dark side during his attempts to serve as a double agent for the Jedi Order, Quinlan Vos' story of darkness and redemption is arguably just as compelling as Anakin Skywalker's. While he technically made a one-second cameo appearance on Tatooine during The Phantom Menace, Vos deserves a much bigger presence in live-action.
Just like his love, Quinlan Vos also received a recent name-drop in a live-action series with Obi-Wan Kenobi, having been revealed as active during the Dark Times and working with the Hidden Path (just like Cal Kestis and Merrin). To that end, perhaps Quinlan and Ventress could be featured in a live-action series together, working to save other Force-sensitives seeking to escape the Empire's wrath.
5 Omega
Working With The Rebellion?
A leading character in the animated Bad Batch series, Omega was the only female clone of Jango Fett created by the Kaminoan cloners who also held the key to the Emperor's secret Project Necromancer and the M-count experiments being conducted during the Imperial Era. Having forged a family with Clone Force 99, the end of The Bad Batch season 3 jumped forward into the future when Omega was older and ready to the growing Rebellion just before the events of the original trilogy. To that end, the door is certainly open for Omega to perhaps be featured during the New Republic Era with its various live-action projects.
4 Captain Rex
(Beyond A Cameo)
Technically, the 501st's Captain Rex made his live-action debut in Ahsoka during the titular Jedi's flashbacks to the Clone Wars while she was in the World Between Worlds. While Rex and his fellow clones were all voiced by Dee Bradley Baker in the animated Clone Wars and with his appearances in Star Wars Rebels, Ahsoka's live-action Rex was voiced by Temura Morrison who played the clones in live-action (as well as Jango and Boba Fett). However, Rex's moments in live-action were incredibly brief.
Keeping that in mind, it would be very exciting to see Morrison play Captain Rex in a more meaningful and extended appearance. While some sort of live-action Clone Wars projects could be interesting, Morrison could also play the older Rex who eventually ed the Rebellion during the Galactic Civil War. Having been present during the Battle of Endor, perhaps future New Republic shows could feature Rex in some capacity (perhaps in Ahsoka season 2).
3 Embo
Dave Filoni's Bounty Hunter
Embo was a Kyuzo bounty hunter during the Clone Wars and Galactic Civil Wars who was voiced by Clone Wars showrunner Dave Filoni himself. Armed with a blaster-proof hat he could throw like Captain America's shield, a bowcaster, and a pet annoba, Embo was the definition of cool. While he had no problem working solo and once held his own against Anakin Skywalker, Embo also worked on crews that were run by Cad Bane, Boba Fett, and Jas Emari. Seeing as how Cad Bane recently made the live-action transition in The Book of Boba Fett, perhaps Embo will one day follow suit.
2 Starkiller
Vader's Secret Apprentice
While it would be hard to make it work in the official canon, Star Wars fans have long wanted to see Darth Vader's secret apprentice from the Force Unleashed games jump to live-action. Known as Starkiller before his true name was revealed as Galen Marek, Vader's apprentice was voiced by Sam Witwer who'd go on to voice Darth Maul in animation (as well as his cameo in Solo: A Star Wars Story). Incredibly powerful with a very dynamic story of redemption from the dark side, one can always hope that some sort of canon and live-action adaptation of the character may miraculously be in the works.

1 Darth Revan
The Biggest Old Republic Character
One day, Lucasfilm might actually explore what the Old Republic Era was like in the official canon, rather than leaving the majority of its specific events to non-canon Legends. That said, Darth Revan is confirmed to have canonically existed during this era, even if his specific exploits are more ambiguous. At any rate, the hope would be that the Jedi-turned-Sith-turned-Jedi would be a core character in any potential live-action Old Republic project, and it's long been hoped that Keanu Reeves will end up being the one underneath Revan's iconic mask.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic tells the story of the Star Wars universe long before the Skywalker family altered the fate of the galaxy. The player assumes control of Revan, an amnesiac Force who finds themselves thrown into the center of the ancient struggle between the Jedi and the Sith. An open-world RPG that allows the player to explore a galaxy of planets, KOTOR puts an emphasis on player choice: Revan must decide whether to save the galaxy, or conquer it.
