One powerful one version of Spider-Man could do it singlehandedly.
Spider-Geddon #5 – written by Christos Gage and Jorge Molina – introduced one of the vast Marvel Multiverse's greatest iterations of Spider-Man. In this story, to battle the fearsome Inheritor family, Miles tries to the Enigma Force, and he ultimately succeeds. After a short argument, Miles convinces the Enigma Force to bond with him, granting him the power of Captain Universe. With these incredible powers, Miles manages to take the Inheritors on.
It is an astounding pay-off at the climax of the series, and for fans, there is a great thrill in Miles getting to become the Multiverse's strongest Spider-Man.
Captain Universe Spider-Man Could Defeat The King In Black Without Help

While taking on the powers of Captain Universe would likely make Miles Morales more than powerful enough to take on the King in Black, his ascension up the ladder of Marvel's power rankings in Spider-Geddon #5 didn't stop there. In the issue, Miles augments his power even further by using Sword Vigor, the massive blade of Leopardon, the Spider-Mech of Takuya Yamashiro. With the powers of the universe and this incredible tech combined, there is no doubt that Spider-Man would easily be able to bring down Knull entirely alone, which makes sense considering his destiny.
Knull was an incredibly dangerous villain, the personification of darkness itself. One of the very first beings to exist in a universe before anything else was made. Knull despised the light that came to fill his universe, and it was his ultimate goal to do everything he could to destroy it and return the universe to darkness. Because of this, he invaded Earth with his army of Grendel symbiotes, intent on destroying the universe's first line of defense before anything else. Thankfully, this didn't come to because of Knull's opposite, which is known as the Enigma Force.

Captain America swaps his shield for an entire galaxy as Steve Rogers becomes the new Captain Universe - is this the MCU's Secret Wars plan?
The Enigma Force is one of the most powerful forces in the Marvel Universe, representing light. When Knull came out of the dark, the Enigma Force appeared as his opposite, and the two fought against each other for billions of years. Eventually, the Enigma Force realized the only way to defeat Knull was to specifically pick a powerful singular host that could act as its avatar. This host would be known as Captain Universe, and there have been tons of hosts over the years, including the likes of Spider-Man, Venom, and even Deadpool.
Captain Universe Miles Morales Would Use The Combined Power Of The Enigma Force & Sword Vigor To Vanguish Knull
Knull Wouldn't Stand A Chance
While every other hero on Earth fell, including the Avengers and Sentry, Knull was completely unable to defeat Venom, who fused with the Enigma Force. With the power of light at his command, Venom easily defeated Knull. It stands to reason then, that a version of Spider-Man who commands the same powers would be able to bring Knull down as well, especially since this Spider-Man also has a weapon far more destructive than anything Venom had at the time, with the Sword Vigor.
One of the most interesting aspects of this is the fact it was strongest weapons in the Marvel Universe.

Spider-Man's Iconic Black Suit is a Dark Twist On His 'Power & Responsibility' Motto
One of the most core parts of Peter Parker's character is his sense of responsibility, but the iconic black suit era put a dark twist on this motto.
This is not well known because Leopardon only uses the sword as a finishing move. Takuya Yamashiro outright its that he prefers not to use the sword until the end of a fight, otherwise the battle would be too easy for him. This demonstrates just how powerful Sword Vigor really is, and true to Yamashiro's name, the second he uses it he absolutely obliterates the enemy he's fighting. Miles later proves just how powerful the blade is again, as he kills the father of all Inheritors, who is also the most powerful of them, with a single swipe of Sword Vigor.
Venom Is The Current King In Black, But Captain Universe Spider-Man Could Still Take Him
It Would Be No Contest
Currently, in comics, Eddie Brock is the King in Black. This evolution of Venom's character caused some friction between him and Spider-Man, and these tensions have become especially apparent as Marvel's ambitious Venom War crossover event spirals out of control. It seems a confrontation between Eddie and Spider-Man is inevitable, and while it seems that Eddie massively out-guns Spider-Man due to his King in Black powers, that might not be the case – if Peter Parker, or Miles Morales, or another Spider-hero can harness the power of Captain Universe, and possibly even Sword Vigor.
It is entirely possible either the Enigma Force, or Sword Vigor could factor into the climax of the Venom War.
It would take a trip through the Multiverse to get the sword, and another negotiation with the Enigma Force to be granted its powers – but given the scope of the Venom War story so far, this is far from out of the question. It is entirely possible either the Enigma Force, or Sword Vigor could factor into the climax of the Venom War, which is in a sense a twisted symbiote version of the Spider-Verse stories that have been among Marvel's most popular in the last several years.
Spider-Man Could Still Fulfill His Destiny As The King In Black
Spider-Geddon As Prep For The Venom War
It has been unequivocally stated in Marvel Comics lore that Spider-Man was born to be the King in Black; the how and the why of that transformation have been left uncertain, but it is possible the Venom War, or its aftermath, could offer some clarification. For readers engaged in speculation about how the crossover epic will end, Spider-Geddon is a worthwhile storyline to revisit – while the details may or may not ultimately be relevant, the scope and the impact of Miles Morales' Captain Universe upgrade are likely to be reflected at the conclusion of Venom War.
Marvel should consider returning to Miles as Captain Universe...in a truly iconic showdown between light and darkness.
Beyond that, given the opportunity, Marvel should consider returning to Miles as Captain Universe – and even further, pitting him against the King in Black, any version of the character, in a truly iconic showdown between light and darkness in the Marvel Universe. As Spider-Man lore has continued to expand, and become more complex, the question of who ranks as the most powerful Spider-Man in existence has been at the top of readers' minds, and the Captain Universe version is the answer.

Spider-Man is the name given to several individuals who have employed a spider-moniker throughout Marvel Comics. Typically gaining their powers through a bite from a radioactive spider, the different Spider-Man heroes employ super-strength, agility, and intellect while utilizing webbing to swing and tangle up their foes. The most notable of these Spider-Men is Peter Parker, who remains one of the most popular superheroes throughout the world.
