Sons of Anarchy was packed with action due to the title club being involved in many conflicts with other groups and individuals, and there are only two characters who never killed anyone in the whole series. The Sons of Anarchy club saw a lot of drama among its due to clashing personalities and conflicting interests, but because that wasn’t enough, there was also a lot of conflict in the personal lives of SAMCRO’s and with other clubs and organizations, leading Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam) and company to kill many people on different occasions, either for their own protection or for that of the club.
Of course, all those conflicts, fights, and shootings on the streets of Charming, California led to many tragedies as no one in SAMCRO was safe from being hurt or killed, and there were cases where one bad, violent decision led to the death of a SAMCRO member, as happened with Tig’s (Kim Coates) actions leading to Opie’s (Ryan Hurst) death, and even those who weren’t part of the club ended up killing someone at some point. With all that in mind, it might come as a surprise that only two characters in Sons of Anarchy never killed anyone, and only one of them was part of the club, while the other had a close relationship with Jax Teller.
Wendy & Half-Sack Never Killed Anyone In Sons of Anarchy
Out of all the main characters in Sons of Anarchy, only Wendy Case (Drea de Matteo) and Kip ‘Half-Sack’ Epps (Johnny Lewis) never killed anyone during their time in the series, but they did have some intense confrontations with other characters. Wendy is Jax's ex-wife and mother of his first son, Abel, but Wendy was a drug addict, and her drug abuse led to Abel being born with some serious health problems. Wendy went to rehab and returned in Sons of Anarchy season 4, but didn’t become a main character until season 7, after Tara’s (Maggie Siff) death. Wendy was fearless and had a big heart, but even when fighting to be close to Abel and after everything Gemma (Katey Sagal) and Jax did to her, she wasn’t aggressive and never killed anyone.
Half-Sack was a SAMCRO prospect in seasons 1 and 2 of Sons of Anarchy, and he earned that nickname because he served in the US Army during the Iraq War, where he lost a testicle. In addition to being a prospect, he worked as a mechanic at the Teller-Morrow auto shop, so he helped the club in all types of activities, but he didn’t participate in the club’s most important missions, thus never killing anyone. In Sons of Anarchy season 2, the of SAMCRO agreed on patching Half-Sack into the club, but that didn’t happen as they hoped. Half-Sack was stabbed and killed by Cameron Hayes as Half-Sack tried to stop him from hurting Abel, and was awarded his full colors posthumously.

The of SAMCRO were known for their impulsive and violent behavior, and most of them wouldn’t hesitate to kill in order to protect themselves, the club, or/and their loved ones. Some characters were more ruthless than others, such as Happy Lowman (David Labrava), but he doesn’t hold the title of the Sons of Anarchy character with the highest kill count. The #1 spot belongs to none other than Jax, who killed a total of 43 people in the series, which include Wayne Unser (Dayton Callie), Clay Morrow (Ron Perlman), and his own mother, Gemma. Right after Jax is Tig Trager (Kim Coates) with 26 kills, followed by Happy with 23. While characters like Jax and Half-Sack chose the outlaw life and with that came some truly tough and tragic moments, others like Wendy chose to stay away from violence, but tragedy and drama still followed her.
