Aesha burst onto the scene with a level of effervescence that was surprising to most Below Deck viewers. While she was learning as she went along, Aesha had great instincts and made it clear that she was sticking around.
After appearing on a few seasons of Below Deck Mediterranean, Aesha next popped up on Below Deck Down Under season 1, where she'd advanced to Chief Stew. Getting the opportunity to manage in a high-stakes environment, Aesha did well in her new circumstances and moved through the difficulties of her new position with ease. Building a great rapport with Captain Jason Chambers, Aesha's time on Below Deck Down Under spanned two seasons before she returned to Captain Sandy Yawn as the Chief Stew on Below Deck Mediterranean season 9. Although another Med season is likely, it seems Aesha's moved on.
Aesha branching out into the entrepreneurial space was surprising.
Aesha Is Competing On The Amazing Race Australia
She Shared About The Race Online
Although Aesha's been happy with her time on Below Deck, her reality TV dreams have always been a bit more lofty than working as a yachtie on the series. Sharing on her Instagram that she and her fiancé, Scott Dobson, are competing on The Amazing Race Australia, Aesha shared that she's been dreaming of running the race since she was young. Revealing that she and Scott are paired up for the adventure of a lifetime, it's clear that Aesha isn't fliming Below Deck Mediterranean or any other iteration of the franchise while she's competing in the Australian version of TAR.

20 Best Reality TV Shows Right Now
Reality TV is more popular than ever. With so many to choose from, here are some of the best reality TV shows to stream or watch right now.
In her post, Aesha explained that running the race is a lifelong dream that "has been a bucket list dream of mine since I was 13" and will be made even sweeter by doing so with Scott, who she's been with for years. Aesha's time on The Amazing Race Australia could cement her as a reality star in the Australian market, which means she could find herself with more opportunities to work closer to home. While Below Deck in the future, it's clear she's hopeful she can expand her horizons with The Amazing Race Australia.
Aesha’s Beverage Brand Is Keeping Her Busy
She's Sharpening Her Entrepreneurial Skills
Although Aesha has been doing her best to keep her business separate from her reality TV persona, she's also been doing what she can to become more of an entrepreneur as she's been on Below Deck. While many yachties quickly find themselves becoming influencers or moving into different parts of the reality TV business, Aesha's kept her personal life and her professional life fairly separate from the reality TV world. With her business, however, Aesha's tried to leverage some of her popularity, especially in her area of the world, as her alcoholic coconut beverage, Drop, is only available in Australia.
Aesha's beverage brand, Drop, is a fascinating product that appears to be popular in her area. An alcoholic coconut water style beverage, Drop's Instagram is an aesthetic page that allows followers to see the product in action, but also engage with the lifestyle of someone who drinks Drop. Aesha has been able to cultivate an interesting brand for her product and market it well, which has been a long journey for the Below Deck yachtie. Though she's been clear that she wants to do more than just work aboard yacht crews, Aesha branching out into the entrepreneurial space was surprising.
Aesha’s Moving Away From The Constant Motion Of Being A Yachtie
She's Settling Down With Her Soon-To-Be Husband
Although it's clear Aesha is ionate about her work as a yachtie, it's also possible that she's been struggling to make strides in her personal life with how frequently she's away from home. Aesha and her fiancé Scott have a strong relationship, but even the strongest relationships have a tough time when one or both parties are working as yachties. The constant motion of the industry keeps yachties on the go until they choose to retire or phase out of the spotlight. With Aesha consistently working over the last several years, it's been hard for her to build a life.
With her relationship with Scott getting more serious, a wedding in her future, and the excitement of things changing in her personal life, it's possible that Aesha is over the constant pressure and motion of being a yachtie. While she may not be interested in leaving Below Deck behind entirely, Aesha is clearly taking strides to move into other venues so that she can set herself up for success after the show's behind her. Aesha's working hard to use her Below Deck appearance to her advantage, leveraging her fame for her future.
