I don't think so. I think we blew our budget, and Disney was like, "No thanks."

She-Hulk Season 2 Not Happening Would Waste So Much MCU Potential
There's been no confirmation of a season 2 for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, but it was set up perfectly, so it'd be a waste for it to not happen at all.
What Does She-Hulk’s MCU Future Look Like?
During a 2019 article by She-Hulk's future in the MCU is unclear, though this does seem to suggest that She-Hulk: Attorney at Law season 2 was perhaps never on the cards. Conversely, a 2021 report from IGN implied She-Hulk could return for season 2, and Jessica Gao revealed to Collider that she had plans for a second season, though there has been no word on these coming to fruition.
When I pitched the show, I already had an idea of where I would want it to go for another season and what the premise of that season would be. From the beginning, I had ideas of where it would go. But coming from TV, you can’t ever go into a first season show thinking you’re gonna get another season. You have to plan for the fact that this might be one and done, so you have to create a season that feels like it’s telling a complete story, and yet leaves the door open.
Even if She-Hulk: Attorney at Law season 2 isn't developed, there are still plenty of opportunities for Jennifer Walters to return. Avengers 5 and Secret Wars are expected to feature many MCU heroes, and She-Hulk is the perfect candidate to become a member of the MCU's New Avengers team. Walters could also return alongside Mark Ruffalo's Hulk in the heavily-rumored World War Hulk adaptation, though this hasn't been confirmed. With several Hulk-related characters appearing in Captain America: Brave New World, too, it's possible She-Hulk could the roster, meaning Maslany's future as the MCU's newest Hulk is looking very bright.
