Schedule 1 developers have done an exceptional job listening to the wants and concerns relating to the game. Since the game was released, there have been a few patches and updates to fix any issues that have been occurring. But bug fixes aren't the only thing included in the patches.

One update included several new items, places, and additions to enhance the game experience. In the latest April patch (via Steam), many improvements were made on top of several bug fixes for issues you may have encountered that made it difficult to get your empire to work smoothly.

Bug Fixes And Game Tweaks

Patch v0.3.4f8 was released for Schedule 1 on April 19. The developer, Tyler, made an announcement on Steam telling everyone what the update entails and went on to say there will be more refinements coming to the game next week. He also told everyone there would be a new property introduced and a purchasable radio object in the content he plans to release.

Finding new strains takes trial and error in Schedule 1, however, it helps knowing what each ingredient will add to the current effects of a strain.

As for this update, aside from the minor additions in the game, including graffiti art and accessing employees' inventories when speaking to them, a few things were tweaked to give you a smoother experience. While it wasn't explicitly stated, the Cuke design appears to have changed as well, changing from a red design resembling Coca-Cola to an orange can with light orange bubbles of various sizes on it.

He removed the optional email from the form, renamed suggestions to , and consolidated various entities into larger combined files to cut down on the clutter. This should also reduce the risk of in-game bugs. As for the current bugs, Tyler lists several noticeable fixes that were included with this patch.

  • Fixed: hired botanists sometimes causing drying racks to become unusable
  • Fixed: NPC summoning not working at Mick's house
  • Fixed: some issues in Mick's schedule that may have been the cause of him sometimes not appearing at the Pawn Shop
  • Fixed: the first 'escape' button click being ignored
  • Fixed: OG Kush being listed for sale by default in a fresh save
  • Fixed: save game version label alignment

Broken Vending Machines & ATMs Now Repair Faster

The Waiting Time Has Been Cut In Half

The broken ATM spits out money in Schedule 1.

Aside from fixing the unusable ATMs and Vending machines, the time you have to wait for them to be repaired has been cut in half in this patch. Previously, you had to wait two days in-game for these machines to be fixed. Now, after a single sleep, any broken vending machines or ATMs will be up and running.

To break these machines, use a baseball bat, charge back the weapon attack, and swing. You will see sparks flying, the machine will be smashed, and money will start flying out of it. ATMs appear to give you $80 while the Cuke machines give you $40, all in ten dollar bills. Simply end the day in Schedule 1 and revisit the same machine in the morning. It should be fully restored, and ready for you to steal from again.
