The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley labeled castmate Garcelle Beauvais as the least authentic housewife. Kathy Hilton hosted an elaborate viewing party at her home after the show's second episode of the season aired. Kyle Richards, Lisa Rina and Crystal Kung Minkoff attended the party as well.
Kemsley ed the Bravo reality show ahead of its seventh season. She became an instant fan-favorite as a result of her fierce fashion and natural star power. The mother of two and RHOBH star has been accused of lacking authenticity, though.
When asked by Access Hollywood who she believes is the least authentic housewife, Kemsley refrained from picking herself, but she wasn't afraid to name one of her co-stars. “[It’s] Garcelle for me,” replied the star. The answer surprised the interviewer because Beauvais had accused the other woman of putting on an act. “Isn’t that always the case?” questioned Kemsley. “I think she has an idea of the show that doesn’t really exist.”
Kemsley offered her thoughts on some of her other co-stars as well. “To know Kathy is to love her,” the RHOBH star said of Hilton. “She’s hysterical...I’m so glad that the audience is going to be able to see how truly amazing she is, how funny she is, what a character she is and she brought so much to the show.” Kemsley praised Kung Minkoff as fun, personal and great. She also revealed her thoughts on Kung Minkoff’s subtle shade from the season premiere. “It’s the nature of the show,” said the housewife. “In those confessionals, you scratch a little...I don’t take it personally because I know who she is."
The interview offered other exciting revelations. Kemsley named Sutton Stracke as the group’s biggest pot stirrer and insinuated it was most likely how the boutique owner became a full-time cast member. She unsurprisingly named herself as the most fashionable. Kemsley also shared her thoughts on RHOBH co-star Erika Girardi’s infamous lawsuits. “She’s got a lot on her shoulders right now,” shared the star. “But I have a lot of confidence in her, and I believe she will tap into the strength that she needs to...She has a lot of around her.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has aired two episodes of its 11th season so far. The women are currently vacationing in Lake Tahoe, where an intense argument on RHOBH has already taken place. Kemsley has stayed neutral so far. Fans will have to wait and see how long that lasts.
