If you are looking at tensile strength with the use of magical prowers, hence, body strength within itself, not using force fields and whatnot, then Hulk should be top tier as well, Rogue does hold up her reign in top tier strength nonetheless, probably blast Hulk of the waters, until he gets more mad haha. Now that's a fight I'd pay to see no doubt. List is pretty accurate in itself tho. Can be determined more in pp levels. Iceman and Rouge do become omni gods. So they would hold the reign. In of tensile strength imo.
