I feel I need to clear this up yet again. The first iteration of Storm Troopers were Clone Troopers!! Until Palpatine phased them out. That's why Obi-Wan said Storm troopers are so good in Episode 4. The ones he knew were former clones. Their replacements didn't have the training nor genetics, which is why they were worse.
