Marvel usually does well with ensembles, and I'm looking forward to the team dynamic!

I'm glad it's canon! Going by the trailer, what seems different here than previous Karate Kid movies, is that the mc, Li Fong, seems to already know martial arts. So, he might be letting himself get bullied for some reason before fighting back.

Anyway, really looking forward to seeing this!

You have no idea if the script is good or bad. Just don't watch the movie. It's that simple. It'll still be hit whether you like it or not😂

If the Sekai Taikai, now restarted at the All Valley arena is televised, there could be an after credits scene in the last episode, showing Mr Han was watching, making cryptic comments about Mr Miyagi and Daniel. He could also say something about Kim Sung Yung, if he attends and is caught on camera.

There are lots of ways they can connect the show to the movie without characters having to meet each other yet.

I could be wrong, but I don't think Master Kim is going to be dealt with in the last Cobra Kai episodes. So he could show up in the movie at some point, which would open the door for other Cobra Kai characters to pop up and not feel like they were shoehorned in.

Victor (Joshua Jackson) is the pizza parlor owner and might be Li's gf's dad. At least that's what it looks like in the YT shorts version of the trailer.
