I was watching a video yesterday on YouTube where filoni said there was a major clamor for more chopper, there wasn't enough in season 1 so he is putting more in 2, what? Out of all the characters we need more it's a droid no one can understand? Filoni must love do the voice for it or something because I can't believe there was a clamor of more than 2 people because why not more Skoll, Hati, Thrawn like almost anyone else
Yup, can't wait, was so glad they brought him back, he was really good in the clone wars, not as in rebels but still good, And animated was definitely the way to go.
Definitely want to see him as a crime lord, consolidate power in the outer rim after the fall of the Republic, like what the book of boba could have been
I personally do not think Bratt did great, maybe if the original wouldn't have done such a good job I would feel different but Smits did outstanding, can't picture anyone else
Well I would say Maul but he is getting his own and I'm glad it's going to be animated, another animated one would be Count Dooku, he was so slick and just cool in the clone wars. Live action I would say Thrawn, the guy who plays him is really good.
Add all this and then read two books, catalyst and Rogue one the novel and you will get all of the picture that is available, the Rogue one novel is really good, get to see what characters were thinking, catalyst isn't a fast read it goes into Krennics and galens relationship long before the shows and movies to jyns birth.
Completely agree, could have easily referenced her in episode 12, since it ended right before Andor leaves to meet dude that starts rogue one movie, could have discussed how to get at Galen, maybe showed a quick seen of her in prison at the very least, wouldn't have taken away from or messed anything up.
Yeah an innocent animal? That snatched his ship out of mid air to crunch it down and destroy those inside without a second thought, me thinks you have it the other way around for some odd reason. Do better
Read the book catalyst, the pre cursor to Rogue one and you get more of where Jyn got her thoughts and feelings about the force, her mom was a big believer in the force and that she felt the Jedi got a raw deal, she didn't know for sure but she didn't believe the Jedi were bad, she believed in the goodness of the force and the Jedi and Khyber crystals as well, but the book didn't explain what in her life happened to make her believe that but she said it to Galen a number of times no doubt Jyn formed some ideas along with that
Great comics to be sure, I recently read the books catalyst and the rogue one novel, rogue one novel was great, a bit more in depth to each scene and an idea of what the characters were thinking in each moment, and catalyst was really deep into Galen Erso and his history with Krennic, kinda was expecting to see something in Andor about Galen.
I know Gilroy said writing for Vader as a character didn't have much to say but they should have had some scenes with Vader and Palpatine, they were so prominent and integral to the Empires power that for there to be so much going on with the rebellion and the Galaxy and reference the emperor as much as the show did with no physical scenes is really missing out, to be honest doesn't make sense to me.
The clone wars animated was the best of palpatine, showed him as the champion of democracy to the senate and then his behind the scenes scheming with the separatist, showing his all encoming rule, I know Andor is what's on right now but Andor doesn't do everything the best, we can tone that praise all down a little.
Finally fire and ice gets a little love, watched it the first time when I was ten and have loved it ever since, a newer animated movie in the same vein that most people never heard of is the spine of the night, a little trippy but really cool.

No not at all, I really wish they were not using any Hutts in a major role, just not good enough to carry a show, really kind of lame.
