That said, what a lot of people complain about being "woke" isn't actually forced (such as non-white characters in the various live-action remakes Disney has been making).

So while I do believe I understand what he is saying, I do not believe he fully understands the made up controversy.

I guess I am puzzled why Marvel/Disney can't work something out with Universal and make a Hulk movie much like they did with Sony to make Spider-Man movies that tie into the MCU.

Yeah, much like that vibranium shield, it apparently has the ability to violate the laws of physics. I take particular note of the scene when it slices through the car Red Hulk throws at Sam. I'm sorry, but I don't really care how easily that suit can slice through metal. That's a 2 ton car hurdling at a 200 lbs human. He has to get knocked back, regardless of him being an object at rest wanting to stay at rest. That object in motion wanting to stay in motion is going to win that battle. Yes, I understand that it is staying in motion...and maybe that's their thinking here? But a problem is the direction of that motion. It's going to want to stay in motion in the same direction, yet, somehow, tiny little Sam's suit is not only going to slice through the car easily, but also push the two halves out of the way enough to not hit Sam? Not buying it!

So, yeah, my hunch is physics will be violated greatly.

In other words, parodies ARE comedies, or are supposed to be. (Of course, not all comedies are parodies.) So what's the problem here?
