The people that don't agree with this are either SanjixNami or BoaxLuffy shippers or just straight up hate the ship. Some people are also going to say that Luffy and Nami are like siblings so they can't be together. Ok if that's the case, then you might as well say that for every other ship that includes those two as they might as well be them being family like Boa and Luffy are aunt and nephew, Sanji and Nami are cousins, Zoro and Luffy are brothers, Nami and Vivi are sisters etc. Also the whole "Oda said no romance in the strawhat crew", then why on God's good Earth would he include Boa, Hiori and Pudding in the lives of the Monster Trio? No romance means absolutely no romance of every and any kind in the strawhats and for the strawhats. Also Oda said "Hmm, I don't think there will be romance among that crew" so yeah anything else like the no romance talk is just a sign of poor reading comprehension, not from the article above but from the people who believe ever damn thing an author of a long running series will downright tell you what he's going to put in the show. Either way no hate to anyone, I don't really care about the romance in One Piece, I'm just here for the story I'm just chatting, plus you can hate me all you want cause really I don't care. Peace.
