Author really wants to double down on Dexit. xD

I disagree, Pokemon is the Nostalgia Franchise and while it could stand to add new Pokemon and rotate old mons between entries for a carefully curated Pokedex roster of 300 per base entry. We shouldn't go the BW route as as GOAT as those game's story was, it suffered a tarnished legacy due to not including Charizard or Pikachu of all things in the main campaign.

I actually prefer the way things are in TotK where less emphasis is placed on challenge and difficulty and more emphasis is placed on resource management, traversal, and creative freedom.

Combat is actually more challenging in most cases than it's ever been in most Zelda games with even the most basic enemies being able to occasionally one shot you even if you have 6-10 hearts(name one time a moblin or bokoblin was able to one shot you at full health outside of BotW/TotK).

As for more challenging puzzles, they should only appear in future Zelda titles that follow the classic formula like Skyward Sword or Windwaker.
