Frank Castle is complex but I can see why these groups co-opt his logo. Many other people may think Frank is correct and the judicial system is a failure.

As we have seen in recent time many in law enforcement and military may think the are above the law and want to circumvent due process. I think when you see someone using this symbol is or in of these organizations it's clear they means that may not be legal to their goals.
