Except time remnants are different.
They are taken from split second version of flash from seconds, minutes and hours ago.
Time remnants is taking you yourself a second ago into the present to do task then after that, they return to the very second you took them from so there won't be temporal consequences or paradox, this atleast the way I understood it or how explanation videos from YouTube said.
