SuitsLA and Pearson spinoffs both lost the trail that made Suits original. The Mike/Harvey relationship and how that worked was the basis. Then there was Donna and Rachel, Louis Litt for a comedic antagonist and his ready of weirdness. Suits LA and Pearson tried to hard to be legal dramas without having any sort of edge. There has to be strong characters that appeal. Boston Legal was another great show. Suits needs to stop trying to continue the name. Let the original go on as the legend it is. I mean who even re what "new Coke" tasted like?

This is something Chicago Fire or any Dick Wolf show would do. Not 9-1-1. 9-1-1 has always dealt with stuff in a lighter way.

I don't know how or if they can recover from this. Will the new chief be antagonist or protagonist?
